摘要: 某 400m 超限高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)在前期方案階段,建筑專業(yè)給出了不同外立面傾角的多種方案。 為考察不同傾斜角度對結(jié)構(gòu)整體性能及經(jīng)濟性的影響,采用參數(shù)化建模技術(shù)建立了相應(yīng)的結(jié)構(gòu)分析模型,并開發(fā)了基于多層次模糊綜合評判法的結(jié)構(gòu)方案比選程序,從多個備選方案中選出最優(yōu)方案。 研究結(jié)果表明:隨著外立面傾角的增加,結(jié)構(gòu)基本周期、最大層間位移角先減小后增大,結(jié)構(gòu)最小剪重比、剛重比先增大后減小。 采用參數(shù)化建模技術(shù)和多層次模糊綜合評判方法,實現(xiàn)了 400m 超限高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)方案的快速建模、計算分析及方案評價的全過程自動化,極大降低了工作量,提高了工作效率,具有顯著的工程應(yīng)用價值。

Intelligent comparison and selection of structural schemes of a out-of-code high-rise building

Abstract: In the early scheme stage of a 400m out-of-code high-rise building structure, the architecture provides avariety of schemes with different facade inclination angles. In order to investigate the influence of different inclinationangles on the overall performance and economy of the structure, the corresponding structural analysis models wereestablished by parametric modeling technology, and the program of structural scheme comparison and selection based onmulti-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was developed to select the best scheme from multiple alternateschemes. The results show that with the increase of facade inclination, the structural basic period and maximum drift firstdecrease and then increase, while the minimum shear weight ratio and stiffness weight ratio first increase and thendecrease. By using parametric modeling technology and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the wholeprocess automation of rapid modeling, analysis and scheme evaluation of a 400m out-of-code high-rise building structureis realized, which greatly reduces the workload, improves the work efficiency, and has significant engineering applicationvalue.
