摘要: 漿錨搭接連接裝配式聯(lián)肢剪力墻的上、下層預(yù)制剪力墻通過鋼筋漿錨搭接連接,預(yù)制剪力墻與疊合連梁通過剪力墻預(yù)留凹口現(xiàn)澆混凝土及疊合層混凝土連接成整體。為掌握裝配式聯(lián)肢剪力墻的真實(shí)抗震性能,制作了 1個(gè)裝配式試件和 1 個(gè)現(xiàn)澆對(duì)比試件,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了低周反復(fù)水平荷載試驗(yàn)。通過對(duì)比試件的破壞形態(tài)、滯回曲線與骨架曲線、強(qiáng)度與剛度、位移延性及耗能能力等,對(duì)裝配式試件的抗震性能進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。試驗(yàn)及分析結(jié)果表明,裝配式試件發(fā)生與現(xiàn)澆試件相同的墻肢彎剪破壞與連梁剪切破壞,新、老混凝土界面未影響裂縫開展及試件整體性;與現(xiàn)澆試件相比,裝配式試件的強(qiáng)度與剛度提高,位移延性有所降低,耗能能力提高;漿錨搭接連接裝配式聯(lián)肢剪力墻抗震性能總體上可達(dá)到“等同現(xiàn)澆”,可應(yīng)用于實(shí)際工程。

Experimental study on seismic performance of assembled coupled shear wall with lap joints

Abstract: The upper and lower prefabricated shear walls of assembled coupled shear wall with lap joints are connected bysteel lap joints. The prefabricated shear wall and the superimposed coupling beam are connected into a whole throughcast-in-place concrete of the reserved notch of the shear wall and the superimposed layer concrete. To grasp the real seismicperformance of the assembled coupled shear wall,a prefabricated specimen and a cast-in-place comparative specimen weremade,and low-cycle repeated horizontal load tests were carried out on them. The seismic performance of the prefabricatedspecimens was evaluated by comparing the failure modes,hysteresis curves and skeleton curves,strength and stiffness,displacement ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the specimens. The test and analysis results show that theprefabricated specimens have the same bending shear failure of wall piers and coupling beam shear failures as the cast-in-place specimens,and the interface between the new and old concrete does not affect the development of cracks and theintegrity of the specimens; compared with the prefabricated specimens,the strength and stiffness of the prefabricatedspecimens are improved,the displacement ductility is decreased,and the energy dissipation capacity is improved; theseismic performance of the assembled coupled shear wall with lap joints can reach the seismic performance equivalent tocast-in-place,which can be applied to in actual engineering.
