預制混凝土夾心保溫墻板結(jié)構(gòu)性能研究綜述

摘要: 預制混凝土夾心保溫墻板具有良好的經(jīng)濟效益和環(huán)境效益,作為低能耗綠色環(huán)保的預制墻體,可契合當前建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)裝配化和住宅建筑節(jié)能化的發(fā)展趨勢,將成為“雙碳”目標下建筑業(yè)控制碳排放量的有效手段。 介紹了預制混凝土夾心保溫墻板的現(xiàn)有研究,對墻板的構(gòu)造特征、結(jié)構(gòu)性能和設計方法進行歸納總結(jié)。 結(jié)果表明應將復合度作為衡量墻板結(jié)構(gòu)性能的重要指標并在結(jié)構(gòu)設計中得到體現(xiàn);應將墻板內(nèi)連接件性能的退化趨勢引入到設計方法中,進而完善結(jié)構(gòu)計算模型;應盡快提出統(tǒng)一設計標準,促進承重式完全復合墻板的發(fā)展和應用。

Review on structural performance of precast concrete sandwich insulation wall panels study

Abstract: Precast concrete sandwich insulation wall panel has good economic and environmental benefits. As aprefabricated wall with low energy consumption and green environmental protection, the sandwich wall panel can fit thecurrent development trend of assembly in the construction industry and energy saving in residential buildings, and itwill become an effective means for the construction industry to control carbon emissions under the goal of " doublecarbon" . The existing research on precast concrete sandwich insulation wall panel was introduced, and the structuralcharacteristics, structural performance, and design method of the wall panel were summarized. The results show thatthe degree of composite action should be an important index to measure the structural performance of the wall panel andshould be reflected in structural design. The degradation of the connector property should be introduced into the designmethod of the sandwich wall panel, and further improves the calculation model of structural. The unified designstandard also should be put forward to promote the development and application of load-bearing and fully-compositewall panel.
