低層雙面疊合夾心保溫剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用研究

摘 要

摘要: 以低層建筑為主的鄉(xiāng)村建筑將成為裝配式建筑未來(lái)的應(yīng)用趨勢(shì)之一。 利用雙面疊合剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)整體性與抗震性能良好、預(yù)制構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化程度與加工精度高、施工便捷等特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì),在雙面疊合剪力墻內(nèi)集成保溫材料,設(shè)計(jì)并簡(jiǎn)化其水平與豎向接縫節(jié)點(diǎn)連接構(gòu)造,研究形成適合低層裝配式建筑使用的雙面疊合夾心保溫剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。 以擬開展足尺地震振動(dòng)臺(tái)試驗(yàn)研究的一棟兩層建筑為應(yīng)用對(duì)象,開展雙面疊合夾心保溫剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用研究,設(shè)計(jì)預(yù)制構(gòu)件及預(yù)制構(gòu)件間的連接構(gòu)造,并通過(guò)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),驗(yàn)證得到其設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)符合要求。 在制定預(yù)制構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)和施工方案基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)際完成預(yù)制構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)、結(jié)構(gòu)模型搭建施工,驗(yàn)證此結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用的可行性,并提出了相關(guān)應(yīng)用和改進(jìn)建議。

Abstract: Buildings in rural areas dominated by low-rise buildings will become a future application trend of fabricated structure. Taking the features and advantages of the double-wall precast concrete composite shear wall structure, such as goodstructural integrity and seismic performance, high automation and high machining accuracy of the production of prefabricatedcomponents, and convenient construction, by integrating the double-wall precast concrete composite shear wall structure withthermal insulation materials, its horizontal and vertical node connection was designed and optimized, a double-facedsuperimposed sandwich insulation shear wall structure suitable used in low-rise prefabricated buildings was designed. Takinga two-story building to be carried out for full-scale seismic shaking table test research as the application object, theapplication research on the double-faced superimposed sandwich insulation shear wall structure was carried out, theprefabricated components and the connection between the prefabricated components were designed, and through the structuraldesign, it is verified that its design indicators meet the requirements. On the basis of making production and construction planof prefabricated components, production of prefabricated components and structure model construction were completed,thefeasibility of the structure was verified, relevant application and improvement suggestions were put forward.
