摘要: 基于現(xiàn)行國家及地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的建筑節(jié)能要求,以提升建筑品質(zhì)為目標(biāo),提出了一種新型裝配式集成化夾芯疊合樓板,并從研究背景、產(chǎn)品構(gòu)造、材料選型以及連接方式等方面對其進行了簡要介紹。 同時,分析了新型裝配式集成化夾芯疊合樓板的熱工性能以及在施工階段和使用階段的力學(xué)性能,通過計算分析和試驗研究,驗證了其在實現(xiàn)集成性能方面具有一定的優(yōu)越性,具備在工程項目中實施應(yīng)用的可行性,對于提升建筑品質(zhì)和形成應(yīng)用效益提供了一種產(chǎn)品思路。

Thoughts on the application of precast integrated slab products under the requirements of energy efficiency

Abstract: Based on the building energy efficiency requirements in the current national and local standards, and with thegoal of improving building quality, a new type of precast integrated sandwich stacked slab was proposed, which was brieflyintroduced from the research background, product structure, material selection and connection mode. At the same time, thethermal performance of the new type of precast integrated sandwich stacked slab and the mechanical properties in theconstruction and use stage were analysed. Through calculation analysis and experimental research, it was verified that it hascertain advantages in realising integration performance and the feasibility of implementing application in engineeringprojects, which provides a product idea for improving building quality and forming application benefits.
