摘要: 受周邊環(huán)境條件約束,高填方工程中呈現(xiàn)多種組合式樁基托梁扶壁式擋土墻。 結(jié)合某高填方項(xiàng)目條件,設(shè)計(jì)出一種支撐梁與樁基托梁組合的新型樁基托梁扶壁式擋土墻。 為研究該新型擋土墻受力特性及其影響因素,采用有限元軟件 MIDAS-GTS 分別從支撐梁間距、是否設(shè)置拉梁及支撐梁基礎(chǔ)類型等因素分析支護(hù)體系內(nèi)力及位移變化規(guī)律。 結(jié)果表明,隨著支撐梁間距增大,支撐梁軸力及支護(hù)樁頂水平位移增大,支護(hù)樁身彎矩變化微小;設(shè)置拉梁時(shí),支護(hù)樁頂水平位移減小,支護(hù)樁在拉梁位置產(chǎn)生較大反彎矩突變;支撐梁基礎(chǔ)采用樁基時(shí),其支護(hù)樁最大彎矩及支護(hù)樁頂水平位移均大于支撐梁基礎(chǔ)為條形基礎(chǔ)的情況。 最后,綜合分析結(jié)果及規(guī)范變形控制要求,提出了經(jīng)濟(jì)、適用、安全的支護(hù)體系方案。

Influencing factors research of a new type composite retaining wall with double-row-piles and counterfort retaining walls

Abstract:Because of being limited by the surrounding environmental conditions, variety types of composite retaining wallwith double-row-piles and counterfort retaining walls are used in high-filled engineering. According to the conditions of ahigh-filled engineering, a new type composite retaining wall with double-row-piles and counterfort retaining walls whichcombines a support beam with counterfort retaining walls was designed. In order to study the mechanical characteristics andinfluencing factors of this new type retaining wall, the finite element software MIDAS-GTS was used to analyze the changelaw of the internal force and displacement of the support system from factors such as the support beam spacing, whether toinstall the pull beam and the type of the support beam foundations, etc. The results that with the increase of the supportbeam spacing, the axial force of the support beam and the horizontal displacement of the support pile top increase, and thebending moment of the support pile body changes slightly. When the pull beam is set, the horizontal displacement of thesupport pile top decreases, and the support pile produce a large sudden change of the reverse bending moment at the pullbeam position. When the support beam foundation is pile foundation, the maximun bending moment and the horizontaldisplacement of support pile top both are larger than those of which the support beam foundation is strip foundation.Finally, an economical, applicable and safe support system scheme was proposed based on the comprehensive analysisresults and standard deformation control requirements.
