摘要: 南通植物園溫室整體建筑造型優(yōu)雅、輕盈,結(jié)構(gòu)體系為扭轉(zhuǎn)空間剛架結(jié)構(gòu)。通過采用 MIDAS / Gen 軟件對扭轉(zhuǎn)空間剛架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行整體空間分析,并對屋面復(fù)雜關(guān)鍵節(jié)點進(jìn)行細(xì)致有限元分析,給節(jié)點設(shè)計提供分析數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù)。因建筑造型需要,剛架縱向無法設(shè)置交叉支撐,將屋面幕墻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計為結(jié)構(gòu)縱向傳力體系,為剛架提供縱向剛度,同時使得結(jié)構(gòu)具有更好的抗震性能。多榀剛架因桿件尺寸各不相同,同時空間角度扭轉(zhuǎn),施工吊裝存在一定的風(fēng)險,通過施工工況驗算,給出吊裝時注意事項,對現(xiàn)場剛架吊裝工況提出指導(dǎo)性意見,保證工程順利安裝完成。

Abstract:The overall architectural shape of the greenhouse in Nantong Botanical Garden is elegant and light,and thestructural system is a torsion space rigid frame structure. By using MIDAS / Gen software,the overall spatial analysis of thetorsional space rigid frame structure was carried out,and the detailed finite element analysis was carried out for the complexkey nodes of the roof,which provides the analysis data basis for the node design. Due to the needs of architecturalmodeling,the rigid frame unable to set cross bracing in the longitudinal direction. The roof curtain wall system wasdesigned as a longitudinal force transmission system of the structure,which provides longitudinal rigidity for the rigid frameand makes the structure have better seismic performance. Due to the different sizes of the members of several rigid framesand the torsion of the spatial angle,there were certain risks in the construction hoisting. Through the checking andcalculation of the construction conditions,the precautions for hoisting were given,and the guiding opinions on the hoistingconditions of the on-site rigid frames were put forward to ensure the smooth installation of the project.
