摘要: 以浙江省湖州南太湖 CBD 主地標(biāo)塔樓為例,介紹了數(shù)字化設(shè)計在大體量、復(fù)雜超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)全階段設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用。以 Rhino-Grasshopper-YJK 軟件為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)平臺,結(jié)合實(shí)際設(shè)計過程中的具體需求,利用 Python 在該數(shù)據(jù)平臺開發(fā)相應(yīng)的插件解決了相應(yīng)問題,形成了一套完整、高效的設(shè)計流程。方案階段,利用數(shù)字化設(shè)計平臺創(chuàng)建參數(shù)化分析模型,用于方案比選,分析各種參數(shù)對結(jié)構(gòu)性能的影響,同時實(shí)時反饋建筑各種修改的影響;施工圖階段,基于數(shù)據(jù)平臺開發(fā)了結(jié)構(gòu)計算模型調(diào)整、計算模型整合、構(gòu)件截面優(yōu)化等系列插件,高效解決施工圖過程中遇到的計算模型調(diào)整、計算模型整合、鋼梁截面優(yōu)化等問題。工程實(shí)踐表明,數(shù)字化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方法可大大提高復(fù)雜超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的效率,為結(jié)構(gòu)工程師設(shè)計大體量、復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)提供了有效支持。

Exploration of digital structural design method in complex super high-rise building

Abstract: Taking the main landmark tower in South Taihu CBD project as an example,which was located in Huzhou ofZhejiang province,the application of digital design in the full-stage design of large-scale and complex super high-risebuilding structures was introduced. The Rhino-Grasshopper-YJK software was taken as the basic data platform,combinedwith the specific requirements in the actual design process,Python was used to develop corresponding plug-ins in this dataplatform to solve the corresponding problems,forming a complete and efficient design process. In the scheme stage,thedigital design platform was used to create a parametric analysis model for scheme comparison,analyze the influence ofvarious parameters on the structural performance and feedback the influence of various modifications to the building in realtime; in the construction drawing stage,a series of plug-ins such as structural calculation model adjustment,calculationmodel integration,and component section optimization were developed based on the data platform to efficiently solve theproblems encountered in the construction drawing process,such as calculation model adjustment,calculation modelintegration,and steel beam section optimization. Engineering practice shows that digital structural design method cangreatly improve the efficiency of complex super high-rise building structural design,and provide effective support forstructural engineers to design large-scale and complex structures.
