溫州鹿城廣場(chǎng)超高層塔樓不同持力層長(zhǎng)短樁基礎(chǔ)實(shí)測(cè)與分析

摘要: 溫州鹿城廣場(chǎng)超高層塔樓地處臺(tái)風(fēng)高發(fā)的深厚軟土地區(qū),采用框架-核心筒-外伸臂結(jié)構(gòu)體系。塔樓樁基施工完成后建筑方案做了重大修改,在原有樁基礎(chǔ)方案上進(jìn)行補(bǔ)樁,綜合評(píng)估后采用后補(bǔ)非嵌巖短樁與已施工嵌巖長(zhǎng)樁協(xié)同受力的長(zhǎng)短樁基礎(chǔ)。由于存在樁距偏小、樁長(zhǎng)差別懸殊、持力層差異大、土層分布復(fù)雜、上部荷載大等特殊情況,必須考慮上部結(jié)構(gòu)-筏板-樁土的協(xié)同作用,并采用有限元方法進(jìn)行分析。根據(jù)土工試驗(yàn)、試樁靜載試驗(yàn)、試樁應(yīng)力和變形等測(cè)試結(jié)果,擬合出土體本構(gòu)模型及力學(xué)性質(zhì)等計(jì)算所需參數(shù)。通過兩個(gè)鄰近超高層項(xiàng)目的有限元計(jì)算沉降與實(shí)測(cè)沉降對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證計(jì)算參數(shù)和分析方法的可靠性。將有限元分析與工程設(shè)計(jì)軟件相結(jié)合,解決了塔樓長(zhǎng)短樁基礎(chǔ)分析設(shè)計(jì)難題。

Field observation and analysis of long-short-pile foundation with different bearing strata ofsuper high-rise tower of Wenzhou Lucheng Plaza

Abstract: Super high-rise tower of Wenzhou Lucheng Plaza is located in the typhoon-prone deep soft soil area and adoptsframe-corewall-outrigger structural system. After the completion of pile foundation construction,the building plan wasgreatly adjusted,and the pile filling was carried out on the original pile foundation scheme. After comprehensiveevaluation,a long-short pile foundation with post-compensation non-rock-socketed short piles and rock-socketed long pileswas used after comprehensive assessment. Due to the too small pile distance,large difference in pile length,difference inbearing strata,complex distribution of strata and large upper load,the superstructure-raft-pile-soil interaction must beconsidered and analyzed with the finite element method. According to the soil test,pile static load test,stress anddeformation measurement of piles,the soil constitutive model and mechanical properties were determined. According to thecomparison between the settlement calculated by finite element method and the measured settlement of two adjacent superhigh-rise buildings,the reliability of the calculation parameters and analytical method were verified. Combining finiteelement analysis and engineering design software,the analysis and design problems of long and short pile foundation ofsuper high-rise tower was solved.
