摘要: 汕頭市小公園開埠區(qū)騎樓建筑是潮汕建筑文化的代表,由于建筑年代久遠(yuǎn),結(jié)構(gòu)安全性能退化嚴(yán)重,需以修舊如舊的原則對其進行修復(fù)加固。 根據(jù)鑒定結(jié)果,增設(shè)了筏板基礎(chǔ)加強基礎(chǔ)的整體性,對混凝土框架構(gòu)件進行了裂縫修補,并采用外包鋼加固,形成鋼管柱、格構(gòu)鋼柱、格構(gòu)鋼梁。 不考慮原有結(jié)構(gòu)的承載能力,整體結(jié)構(gòu)按鋼格構(gòu)式框架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,提高建筑的綜合抗震能力。 樓板全部拆除,并按原材料恢復(fù)為混凝土樓板或木樓板。 木樓板區(qū)域設(shè)置水平支撐以傳遞樓層水平力,增強主體結(jié)構(gòu)整體性。 建筑物加固后續(xù)使用年限不少于 30 年。 一期加固范圍已全部竣工,加固效果良好,成為當(dāng)?shù)厥忻耋w驗歷史文化熏陶的必去之地。

Structural reinforcement design of modern historical buildings in Trading Port Area of Shantou Small Park

Abstract: The arcade building of Trading Port Area of Shantou Small Park is the representative of Chaoshan architecturalculture. Due to the long history of the building, the safety performance of the structure is seriously degraded, it needs to berepaired and strengthened according to the principle of repairing as old as old. According to the appraisal results, the raftfoundation is added to strengthen the integrity of the foundation, the cracks of the concrete frame members were repaired,and the steel cladding was used to strengthen, forming steel pipe columns, lattice steel columns, and lattice steel beams.Without considering the bearing capacity of the original structure, the overall structure was designed as a steel lattice framestructure to improve the comprehensive seismic capacity of the building. All floor slabs shall be removed and restored toconcrete floor slabs or wooden floor slabs according to raw materials. Horizontal supports are set in the wood floor area totransfer the horizontal force of the floor and enhance the integrity of the main structure. The subsequent service life ofbuilding reinforcement shall not be less than 30 years. Phase I reinforcement scope has been completed, and thereinforcement effect is good, making it become a must-go place for local citizens to experience historical and culturalinfluence.
