摘要: 中南大學湘雅醫(yī)院新院區(qū)主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用帶轉(zhuǎn)換層的鋼筋混凝土框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、平面凹凸不規(guī)則、剛度突變和尺寸突變、構(gòu)件間斷以及局部穿層柱等 5 項超限情況。 針對結(jié)構(gòu)的超限情況,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計制定了合理可靠的性能化設(shè)計目標,采取多項加強措施以提高重要構(gòu)件及節(jié)點的設(shè)計標準,并采用多種計算軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進行小震彈性分析、等效中震分析和大震動力彈塑性時程分析。 結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)體系布置合理,具有良好的抗震性能,結(jié)構(gòu)整體指標、關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件和一般構(gòu)件均能滿足預(yù)設(shè)的抗震性能目標。

Over-limit structure design of the Xiangya Hospital New Campus of Central South University

Abstract: The main structure of Xiangya Hospital New Campus of Central South University adopts a reinforced concreteframe-shear wall structure system with a conversion layer, which has five over-limit conditions, such as torsionalirregularity, plane concave and convex irregularity, sudden change of stiffness and size, discontinuous member and partialthrough-layer columns. In view of the over-limit conditions of the structure, a reasonable and reliable performance-baseddesign goal was established, and a number of strengthening measures were taken to improve the design standards ofimportant components and nodes. A variety of calculation softwares were used to analyze the structure for small earthquakeelastic analysis, equivalent moderate earthquake analysis and large earthquake dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis.The results show that the structural system is reasonably arranged and has good seismic performance, and the overall indexof the structure, key members and general members can meet the preset seismic performance target.
