摘要: 晟通梅溪湖國(guó)際總部中心屬超 B 級(jí)高度的連體超高層結(jié)構(gòu),存在多項(xiàng)不規(guī)則項(xiàng),核心筒相互正交,扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)明顯,結(jié)構(gòu)受力復(fù)雜。 其中核心筒的布置、連接體的設(shè)計(jì)及加強(qiáng)層的設(shè)置均是結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中的難點(diǎn)和重點(diǎn)。 結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)體系、超限項(xiàng)判斷、連接體的設(shè)計(jì)、加強(qiáng)層的設(shè)置等。 對(duì)整體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了小震、中震、大震作用下的抗震性能分析,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了施工過程、樓板應(yīng)力和連接體專項(xiàng)等關(guān)鍵問題分析,并完成了 0°和 45°模型在水平力作用下的受力及變形分析。 分析結(jié)果表明,通過設(shè)置較少的加強(qiáng)層且未設(shè)置環(huán)帶桁架,在達(dá)到較好的立面效果的同時(shí),結(jié)構(gòu)還可以獲得較好的抗震性能,能夠達(dá)到預(yù)設(shè)的抗震性能目標(biāo)。通過關(guān)鍵問題分析,獲得了合理的施工順序以及樓板局部加強(qiáng)區(qū)域,連接體的抗震性能良好,能夠很好地協(xié)同雙塔的水平變形。

Seismic performance analysis of an asymmetric connected super high-rise structure

Abstract: SNTO Meixi Lake International Headquarters Center is a connected super high-rise structure with a super Bheight level. The structural design has several irregular items with perpendicular core tubes,obvious torsion effect, complexstructure stress. The layout of the core tubes, the design of the connector and the setting of the strengthened layers are thedifficulties and emphases in structural design. Combined with engineering examples,structural system, the judgment ofout-of-code items, the design of the connector, and the setting of strengthened layers were introduced. The seismicperformance analysis of the overall structure under small, medium and large earthquakes was carried out. The specialanalyses of the key items like the construction process, the slab stress and building connector, as well as the force anddeformation performance of 0° and 45° models under the horizontal force were carried out. The analysis results show thatthrough setting fewer strengthened layers without belt truss, the structure is able to obtain good seismic performance andmeet the pre-set seismic performance goal with nice facade effect. Through the analysis of key items, the reasonablesettings of the construction process and the part reinforcing area of the floor slab are obtained. The connector has a goodseismic performance and can well coordinate the horizontal deformation of the double towers.
