摘要: 晟通梅溪湖國際總部中心 A 塔和 B 塔平面尺寸、高度、層數(shù)均不相同,兩棟塔樓強(qiáng)軸垂直相交。 在方案比選中,對比了連體狀態(tài)和單塔狀態(tài)下結(jié)構(gòu)的水平抗側(cè)力性能;分析了連接體高度、連接體層數(shù)、連接體樓板和連接體梁系布置等參數(shù)對連體結(jié)構(gòu)整體剛度的影響。 采用兩種不同計(jì)算方法,分析了單塔模型和連體模型的整體穩(wěn)定性。 結(jié)果表明:雖然兩棟塔樓剛度存在顯著差異,但兩棟塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)剛度強(qiáng)軸的垂直布置并采用剛性連接體進(jìn)行連接的情況下,塔樓之間能通過連接體協(xié)同受力強(qiáng)弱互補(bǔ),使連體后結(jié)構(gòu)具有更好的整體剛度和穩(wěn)定性。

Stiffness and stability analysis of an asymmetric connected super high-rise structure

Abstract: The plane size, height and number of floors of tower A and tower B of SNTO Meixi Lake InternationalHeadquarters center are different, and the main axes of the two towers intersect vertically. In the scheme comparison andselection, the horizontal lateral force resistance of the connected scheme and the single tower scheme were compared, andthe effects of the height, number, the floor slab and the beam system layout of connected floors on the overall stiffness ofthe connected structure were analyzed. Two different calculation methods were used to analyze the overall stability of singletower structure model and connected structure model. The results show that although there are significant differences in thestiffness of the two towers, the strength of the forces between the towers can be complementary through the connectedstructure under the condition that the structural stiffness axis of the two towers is vertically arranged and connected with arigid connector, so that the connected structure has better overall stiffness and stability.
