摘要: 微醫(yī)國(guó)際數(shù)字健康中心 N1 號(hào)樓為混凝土框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),底部設(shè)置 38m 跨 35m 高的通高大廳,通高大廳上部結(jié)構(gòu)結(jié)合建筑造型采用拱形斜柱轉(zhuǎn)換,高效傳遞豎向荷載和控制轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)豎向變形。23 層及屋面設(shè)置貝殼狀連接體,連接體采用空間整體鋼桁架,與兩側(cè)主體結(jié)構(gòu)鉸接連接,對(duì)連體鋼桁架進(jìn)行了特征值屈曲分析和舒適度分析,結(jié)果表明連體鋼桁架具有足夠的冗余度和良好的舒適度。進(jìn)行了樓蓋受力分析及超長(zhǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)溫度應(yīng)力、混凝土收縮應(yīng)力分析,并采取了相應(yīng)的措施;底部通高大廳采用單層拉索幕墻,對(duì)拉索幕墻及拉索固定支座構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果采取了相應(yīng)的加強(qiáng)措施。結(jié)果表明:結(jié)構(gòu)受力合理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了結(jié)構(gòu)安全和建筑造型創(chuàng)意的完美結(jié)合。

Structural design of the building N1 of WeDoctor International Digital Health Center

Abstract: Building N1 of WeDoctor International Digital Health Center is a concrete frame-shear wall structure with a38m-span and 35m-high through-height hall at the bottom,and the upper structure of the through-height hall adopts anarch-shaped inclined column conversion in combination with the building shape to transfer vertical loads efficiently andcontrol vertical deformation of the conversion structure. Shell-shaped linkers are set on the 23rd floor and roof,and thelinkers are spatially integral steel trusses,which are hingedly connected with the main structure on both sides,and theeigenvalue buckling analysis and comfort analysis of the connected steel trusses were carried out,and the results show thatthe connected steel trusses have sufficient redundancy and good comfort. The building cover force analysis and the analysisof temperature stress and concrete shrinkage stress of the extra-long structure were carried out,and corresponding measureswere taken; the single-layer cable curtain wall was adopted for the bottom through-height hall,and the analysis of the cablecurtain wall and the cable fixed support members was carried out,and corresponding strengthening measures were takenaccording to the analysis results. The results show that the structural stresses are reasonable,and the perfect combination ofstructural safety and creative architectural modeling is achieved.
