摘要: 某 22 層超限高層西北角設(shè)置通高中庭,4 層以上除 20 層外中庭部分均無(wú)樓板,同時(shí)為追求立面通透效果,角部不設(shè)外框柱,中庭兩側(cè)外框柱采用帶折角的斜柱,中庭樓面和幕墻均采用懸掛結(jié)構(gòu),其中樓面采用上端位于屋頂懸挑桁架和斜柱的高強(qiáng)鋼拉索進(jìn)行懸掛,幕墻采用懸掛于屋頂桁架以及樓面鋼梁上的豎向龍骨承擔(dān)自重。設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)需考慮懸掛結(jié)構(gòu)的豎向和水平傳力路徑、施工順序?qū)魇芰Φ挠绊?、懸掛?jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)兼具安全與美觀、提高懸掛結(jié)構(gòu)安全冗余度等關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),針對(duì)上述關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)性能設(shè)計(jì)、拉索抗側(cè)力非線性分析、拉索施工模擬等,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果提出了加強(qiáng)措施,并結(jié)合受力、外觀和施工等多方面因素,對(duì)拉索懸掛節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了多方案比選,最終采用聯(lián)合式耳板連接節(jié)點(diǎn),取得了良好的設(shè)計(jì)效果。

Design on suspension structure of a complex out-of-code high-rise building

Abstract: Tall atrium was arranged in northwest corner of a 22 stories out-of-code high-rise building,there are no floors inthe atrium except for the 20th floor above the 4th floor. At the same time,outer frame columns was removed at the cornersin order to pursue the transparent effect of the façade,the outer frame columns on both sides of the atrium adopt inclinedcolumns with angulation,suspended structures are applied to the floor and curtain wall system of the atrium. The floorsystem is suspended by high strength steel cables from cantilever trusses on the roof and inclined columns,and the curtainwall system are suspended by vertical keels which hung onto roof trusses and floor steel beams. In the design,it isnecessary to consider key points such as the vertical and horizontal force transmission paths of the suspension structure,theinfluence of the construction sequence on the force of the cables,the design of the suspension joints with regard to safetyand beauty,and the improvement of the safety redundancy of the suspension structure. Structural performance design,nonlinear analysis of cable resistance to lateral force,and cable construction simulation were carried out for the abovedesign key points. Based on the results of the analysis,the strengthening measures were proposed. Combined with factorssuch as force,appearance and construction,a multi-plan comparison was made for the design of the cable suspension joint.Eventually combined ear plate connection joint was selected and good design effect of the building was achieved.
