摘要: 中節(jié)能之江華座項目是體型復雜的超大跨轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)，轉(zhuǎn)換跨度約 84 ~ 100m，且轉(zhuǎn)換樓層數(shù)量多，荷載大。采用鋼管混凝土框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系，并利用拱形斜柱進行轉(zhuǎn)換。對該工程的結(jié)構(gòu)體系進行了闡述，針對超限情況提出了抗震性能目標及抗震措施。由于結(jié)構(gòu)體型復雜且超長，樓蓋為重要的抗震構(gòu)件，對樓蓋受力進行分析，根據(jù)分析結(jié)果采取了相應的加強措施。轉(zhuǎn)換斜柱在結(jié)構(gòu)底部形成了很大的水平推力，水平推力的平衡是本結(jié)構(gòu)體系設計的關鍵，通過在地下室頂板、底板設置鋼拉梁，并施加預應力來平衡斜柱水平力。

Design of large-span transfer structure of Zhijianghuazuo tower of CECEP

Abstract: Zhijianghuazuo tower of CECEP is a complex super large-span transfer structure,with a transfer span of about84~ 100m,and a large number of transfer floors and a large load. The concrete-filled steel tube frame-shear wall structuresystem was adopted,and the arch-shaped inclined column was used for transfer. The structural system of the project wasdescribed,and the seismic performance target and seismic measures were proposed for out-of-code condition. As thestructure is complex and over-long,the floor cover is an important seismic member,and the floor cover forces wereanalyzed,and corresponding strengthening measures were taken according to the analysis results. The transfer inclinedcolumn forms a large horizontal thrust at the bottom of the structure,and the balance of the horizontal thrust is the key tothe design of this structural system. The horizontal force of the inclined column is balanced by setting steel tension beams inthe top and bottom plates of the basement and applying prestress.
