摘要: 佛山城發(fā)中心結(jié)構(gòu)高度為 189.0m,塔樓為采用雙向密肋樓蓋的曲折柱大跨度框架-核心簡結(jié)構(gòu). 基于廣東省標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《高層建筑混凝士結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》 (DBJ/ T 15-92—2021),塔樓采用設(shè)防烈度進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計(jì). 分析驗(yàn)證了大跨度外框架的抗側(cè)力性能,根據(jù)改進(jìn)疊加法對(duì)鋼骨混凝士梁的抗扭承載力進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì). 建立了關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)的有限元模型并進(jìn)行分析,研究了外凸轉(zhuǎn)折層樓板的抗拉抗裂性能. 通過設(shè)置暗梁前后的結(jié)構(gòu)模型的對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了雙向密肋樓蓋不配置暗梁的合理性. 結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)及構(gòu)件滿足抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),結(jié)構(gòu)體系合理可靠.

Structural design of Foshan Development Center

Abstract: The structural height of Foshan Development Center is 189.0 meters. The tower is a large-span frame-core wallstructure with winding columns and waffle slabs. The Guangdong Provincial standard technical specification for concretestructures of high-rise building (DBJ/ T 15-92—2021) was adopted for the structural seismic design based on the seismicprecautionary intensity. The lateral-force resistance of large-span outer frame was analyzed and verified . The improvedsuperposition method was used to calculate the torsional bearing capacity of steel-reinforced concrete beams. The finiteelement models of key nodes were established and analyzed, and the tensile and crack resistance performance of the outerconvex turning floor was studied. By comparing the structural models before and after setting the concealed beams, therationality of not disposing concealed beams in the two-way multi-ribbed floor was verified. The results show that the structureand component meet the objective of performance-based seismic design, and the structure system is reasonable and reliable.
