摘要: 廣州金融城交通樞紐采用單層復(fù)雜曲面鋼網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)成獨(dú)特的外立面造型. 由于項(xiàng)目鋼網(wǎng)殼為風(fēng)敏感的大跨度結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì)過程中通過不同風(fēng)環(huán)境下的風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)考慮周邊建筑對主體結(jié)構(gòu)風(fēng)荷載作用的影響,并采用MIDAS Gen 有限元軟件對各工況下的風(fēng)荷載作用進(jìn)行包絡(luò)計(jì)算,以確保主體結(jié)構(gòu)安全. 此外,由于鋼網(wǎng)殼部分屬于大空間建筑,設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)通過火災(zāi)場景分析,合理確定了火災(zāi)升溫曲線進(jìn)行防火驗(yàn)算,與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)室內(nèi)升溫曲線驗(yàn)算結(jié)果相比,該曲線計(jì)算所需桿件尺寸大大減小,結(jié)構(gòu)達(dá)到了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)性,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了美觀建筑效果. 通過細(xì)致的結(jié)構(gòu)方案比選,合理地設(shè)置支承構(gòu)件,并結(jié)合線性及非線性屈曲分析結(jié)果,最終使得鋼網(wǎng)殼具有了良好的整體穩(wěn)定性.

Key technology of complex curved reticulated shell structure design of Guangzhou Financial City transportation hub

Abstract: The Guangzhou Financial City transportation hub adopts a single-layer complex curved steel reticulated shellstructure to form a unique facade. Since the steel reticulated shell of the project is a wind-sensitive large-span structure, thewind tunnel test under different wind environments was used to consider the influence of the surrounding buildings on thewind load of the main structure during the desgin process, and the finite element software MIDAS Gen was used to calculatethe envelope of the wind load under each working condition to ensure the safety of the main structure. In addition, becausethe steel reticulated shell is part of a large space building, the fire scene analysis was carried out to reasonably determinethe fire heating curve for fire protection check calculation in design. Compared with the check calculation result of thestandard indoor heating curve, the size of the rod required for the calculation of the curve is greatly reduced, the structureachieves good economy and realizes beautiful architectural effects. Through careful structural comparison and selection,reasonable arrangement of supporting members, and combination of linear and nonlinear buckling analysis results, the steelreticulated shell has good overall stability.
