摘 要

摘要: 南海區(qū)體育中心的罩棚平面為魚(yú)鉤狀,平面尺寸為 220m×375m,屬于超限大跨空間結(jié)構(gòu). 為保證細(xì)長(zhǎng)罩棚的平面內(nèi)剛度,結(jié)構(gòu)采用交叉鋼桁架. 為了解決抗側(cè)需要強(qiáng)約束、消減溫度效應(yīng)需要釋放約束的矛盾,內(nèi)圈三叉柱、外圈 V 形柱采用弧形布置,在剛性屋蓋的協(xié)同作用下,共同構(gòu)成空間抗側(cè)力體系;所有鋼柱上下節(jié)點(diǎn)均鉸接,外圈 V 形柱為間斷式布置,利用高聳柱身的微轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)、弱化屋蓋邊緣的波浪式變形來(lái)釋放結(jié)構(gòu)溫差形變. 創(chuàng)造性地采用了多種新型構(gòu)件:外觀為傘狀單腳獨(dú)立鉸接而實(shí)際利用了空間效應(yīng)可抵抗水平力的“錯(cuò)位柱”,有較強(qiáng)抗側(cè)能力又可釋放扭轉(zhuǎn)約束的“翼柱”,壓、拔轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)基本共心的大抗拔力、大抗剪力、低約束力矩的萬(wàn)向球鉸支座.

Abstract: The canopy of the Nanhai District Sports Center has a fishhook shape, with a plane size of 220m×375m, whichbelongs to the out-of-code large-span spatial structure. In order to ensure the in-plane stiffness of the slender canopy, thestructure adopts the cross inverted steel truss. To solve the contradiction that strong constraint is needed for lateralresistance and constraint release is needed to reduce temperature effect, the inner ring trigeminal column and outer ring V-shaped column are arranged in arc-shaped shape. Under the synergistic effect of rigid roof, the spatial lateral forceresistance system is formed together. The upper and lower joints of all steel columns are hinged, and the V-shaped columnsof the outer ring are arranged in a discontinuous manner. The micro-rotation of the towering column and the weakening ofthe wave deformation of the roof edge are used to release the structural temperature difference deformation. A variety of newartifacts are creatively used, including a malposition column that appears to be an umbrella shaped single foot independenthinged but actually uses spatial effects to resist horizontal forces, wing column with strong lateral resistance and releasetorsion constraint, as well as the universal spherical hinged support with large pull-out force, large shear resistance and lowconstraint moment which is basically coaxial during compression and pulling rotation
