廣州空港會展中心復(fù)合張弦桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系選型與分析

摘要: 廣州空港會展中心標(biāo)準(zhǔn)展館利用結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)化工具對多種類型展館結(jié)構(gòu)進行選型對比,綜合建筑效果、使用需求和經(jīng)濟指標(biāo),首次在展館內(nèi)采用復(fù)合張弦桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系. 對復(fù)合張弦桁架結(jié)構(gòu)進行非線性設(shè)計分析、雙非線性穩(wěn)定分析、防連續(xù)性倒塌分析和不平衡吊掛荷載分析,結(jié)果顯示,結(jié)構(gòu)各項計算指標(biāo)均滿足規(guī)范要求,并具有足夠安全冗余度. 高風(fēng)壓作用下拉索可維持足夠的索力并且不松弛,屋面變形可控. 相關(guān)索節(jié)點傳力清晰,背錨節(jié)點有利于現(xiàn)場張拉施工. 下弦拉桿在初始態(tài)到全荷載態(tài)的全受力過程中拉壓變向,下弦桿受力滿足不同荷載狀態(tài)需求. 復(fù)合張弦桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系滿足多種施工方式選擇,張拉施工快捷、方便,地坪、屋蓋施工互不干擾. 復(fù)合張弦桁架結(jié)構(gòu)在沿海高風(fēng)壓地區(qū)具有優(yōu)越的受力性能和建筑表現(xiàn)力.

Selection and analysis of composite string truss structure system for Guangzhou Airport Convention and Exhibition Center

Abstract: The standard exhibition hall of Guangzhou Airport Convention and Exhibition Center uses the structuralparameterization tool to compare the structural system selection of various types of exhibition halls, and integratesarchitectural effects, usage requirements and economic indicators. For the first time, the composite string truss structuresystem was used in the exhibition hall. The non-linear design analysis, double nonlinear stability analysis, anti-progressivecollapse analysis and unbalanced hanging load analysis were carried out on the composite string truss structure. The resultsshow that the calculation indicators of the structure meet the requirements of the code and have sufficient safety redundancy.Under the action of high wind pressure, the pull-down cable can maintain sufficient cable force without slack, and the roofdeformation can be controlled. The relevant cable nodes have clear force transmission, and the back anchor nodes areconducive to on-site tension construction. The lower chord tie rod changes direction in tension and compression during thefull stress process from the initial state to the full load state, and the stress of the lower chord rod meets the requirements ofdifferent load states. The composite tension string truss structure system can meet the selection of various constructionmethods. The tension construction is fast and convenient, and the construction of the floor and the roof does not interferewith each other. The composite string truss structure has superior mechanical performance and architectural expression incoastal areas with high wind pressure.
