摘要: 完成了 24 根 GRC 網(wǎng)格與聚丙烯纖維混凝土復(fù)合加固混凝土圓柱試件的軸壓性能試驗(yàn),研究了不同加固層混凝土中聚丙烯纖維含量、GRC 網(wǎng)格包裹位置及包裹方式等參數(shù)對(duì)試件抗壓性能的影響規(guī)律,得到了其破壞形態(tài)、荷載-應(yīng)變曲線、荷載-位移曲線及極限荷載.結(jié)果表明:試件破壞形態(tài)主要為中部壓潰和斜剪破壞,大部分試件加固層混凝土最終剝離;GRC 網(wǎng)格全包試件較間隔包裹試件表現(xiàn)出更高的抗壓性能;GRC 網(wǎng)格外包在加固層混凝土表面的試件抗壓性能優(yōu)于內(nèi)包在核心柱混凝土表面的試件;摻入聚丙烯纖維可小幅度增強(qiáng)試件抗壓性能;GRC 網(wǎng)格和聚丙烯纖維均能顯著提升試件的延性.提出了 GRC 網(wǎng)格與聚丙烯纖維復(fù)合加固混凝土圓柱的正截面軸壓承載力計(jì)算方法,經(jīng)對(duì)比,計(jì)算值略小于試驗(yàn)值.

Experimental study on axial compression performance of concrete circular columns reinforced withGRC mesh and polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete

Abstract: The axial compression performance tests of 24 concrete circular column specimens reinforced with GRC mesh andpolypropylene fiber reinforced concrete were completed,and the effects of parameters such as the content of polypropylenefiber in different reinforced concrete layers,the location of GRC mesh wrapping and wrapping method on the compressiveperformance of the specimens were studied,and the damage morphology,load-strain curve,load-displacement curve andultimate load were obtained. The results show that: the damage pattern of the specimens is mainly central crush and obliqueshear damage,most of the specimens reinforcement layer concrete eventually peeled. Both GRC mesh and polypropylenefibers can significantly enhance the ductility of the specimens. The calculation method of axial compression load capacity ofpositive section of concrete circular column reinforced with GRC mesh and polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete wasproposed,the calculated value is slightly smaller than the test value by comparison.
