摘要: 地震動(dòng)參數(shù)的確定以及地震動(dòng)記錄的選取和調(diào)整,是建筑結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)的核心問題之一. 我國的地震動(dòng)參數(shù)選取存在不協(xié)調(diào),對地震動(dòng)記錄選取和調(diào)幅的規(guī)定也較籠統(tǒng). 針對有效峰值加速度(EPA)和峰值地面加速度(PGA)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,給出了各場地條件下二者的回歸關(guān)系,分析了 EPA 的兩種定義,發(fā)現(xiàn)時(shí)程分析所用地震加速度時(shí)程的目標(biāo) EPA 和 PGA 值相差不大,可直接將 EPA 目標(biāo)值作為 PGA 的目標(biāo)值,對地震動(dòng)加速度時(shí)程曲線進(jìn)行線性調(diào)幅. 給出了將抗規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)譜作為目標(biāo)譜挑選地震動(dòng)記錄的流程,分析了不同調(diào)幅方法對選波結(jié)果的影響,給出了選波和調(diào)幅建議. 分析了三種場地相關(guān)譜,給出了目標(biāo)譜的選擇建議,為《建筑結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(T/ CECA 20024—2022)中的相關(guān)條文提供了理論依據(jù).

Abstract: The determination of ground motion parameters as well as the selection and modification of ground motion recordsare the core problems of performance-based seismic design of building structures. There have been in-consistency in theground motion parameters adopted in China. The specifications in ground motion selection and scaling in Chinese seismicdesign code are rather vague. The relationship between the effective peak acceleration (EPA) and peak ground acceleration(PGA) was investigated through statistical analysis. The regression relationships between EPA and PGA under different siteconditions were derived, and two definitions of EPA were studied. It has been found that the differences between the targetvalues of EPA and PGA are small, the target value of EPA can be directly taken as the ones of PGA for linearly scaling themagnitude of the ground motions during time-history analysis. A rational procedure for the selection of ground motion recordswhen taking the standard seismic design spectrum as the target spectrum was given, and the suggestions for selecting and scalingground motion records were given based on the effect analysis of different scaling approaches. Three site-specific spectra wereanalyzed, and the selection suggestions of site-specific spectra were provided, and provided the theoretical support for relevantprovisions in the Standard for performance-based seismic design of building structures (T/ CECA 20024—2022).
