摘要: 隨著我國超限高層建筑的大量涌現(xiàn),團(tuán)體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建筑結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》已頒布實(shí)施,對超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)生一定的影響. 針對超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)和抗震設(shè)防審查中若干值得探討的問題,首先總結(jié)了超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)方法;然后重點(diǎn)探討了超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)的 3 個重要指標(biāo):剪重比、框剪比和中震墻肢拉應(yīng)力,提出了上述指標(biāo)不滿足規(guī)范要求時(shí)可采用基于抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)的解決措施;最后,闡述了基于預(yù)設(shè)屈服模式的抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)新方法. 結(jié)果表明:長周期高層建筑的剪重比不滿足限值時(shí),建議通過修正反應(yīng)譜的長周期段,驗(yàn)算結(jié)構(gòu)的側(cè)向剛度;對于框剪比限值,建議根據(jù)大震下的內(nèi)力重分布規(guī)律對小震設(shè)計(jì)的框架剪力進(jìn)行調(diào)整;基于預(yù)設(shè)屈服模式的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法可實(shí)現(xiàn)對超限結(jié)構(gòu)破壞模式的控制.

Discussion on performance-based seismic design method of out-of-code high-rise structures

Abstract: With the emergence of a large number of out-of-code high-rise structures in China, standard for performance-based seismic design of building structures has been formally implemented, which has a certain impact on the seismicdesign of out-of-code high-rise structures. Aiming at some problems worth to be discussed in the performance-basedseismic design and the seismic fortification review of out-of-code high-rise structures, firstly, the performance-basedseismic design method of out-of-code high-rise structures was summarized; secondly, three important indexes ofout-of-code high-rise structures including the shear-gravity ratio, the frame-shear ratio and the tensile stress of the wallpanel under middle earthquake were emphatically discussed, and corresponding solutions based on performance-basedseismic design were proposed when the above indexes do not meet requirements of the codes; finally, the newperformance-based seismic design method based on the predetermined yield mode was expounded. The results show that,when the shear-gravity ratio of long-period high-rise buildings does not meet the limit value, it is recommended to checkthe structural lateral stiffness by modifying the long-period segment of the response spectrum. For the frame-shear ratiolimit, it is recommended to adjust the frame shear force designed under small earthquake based on the internal forceredistribution under large earthquake. The seismic design method based on predetermined yield mode can control thefailure mode of out-of-code structures.
