螺栓墊板連接式雙肢冷彎 C 形鋼門式剛架抗震性能研究?

摘要: 雙肢冷彎 C 形鋼門式剛架是一種新型組合截面門式剛架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,該結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)件通過墊板和高強(qiáng)螺栓將冷彎型鋼拼合成雙軸對稱截面,便于梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)的連接,有效提升了構(gòu)件的承載能力.對 5 個(gè)剛架進(jìn)行擬靜力試驗(yàn),對 11 個(gè)剛架進(jìn)行有限元分析,以分析梁腹板高度、C 形鋼厚度、柱翼緣寬度、柱腹板高度、節(jié)點(diǎn)板厚度、屋面坡度和剛架跨度 7 個(gè)參數(shù)對雙肢冷彎 C 形鋼門式剛架破壞形態(tài)和抗震性能的影響.分析結(jié)果表明,C 形鋼厚度、柱腹板高度、柱翼緣寬度、剛架跨度對雙肢冷彎 C 形鋼門式剛架抗震性能影響顯著,并根據(jù)正交試驗(yàn)分析結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)了影響該類結(jié)構(gòu)極限承載力和柱頂破壞位移的參數(shù)順序,得到了兩項(xiàng)結(jié)果最大時(shí)的參數(shù)組合,推導(dǎo)出了在適用范圍內(nèi)剛架抗震性能特征極限承載力和柱頂破壞位移的計(jì)算公式.

Study on seismic performance of double-limb cold-formed C-shapedsteel portal frame with bolt plate connection

Abstract: The double-limb cold-formed C-shaped steel portal frame is a new type of composite section portal framestructure. The components of the structure are assembled into a biaxially symmetrical section through cushion plate andhigh-strength bolts,which is convenient for beam-column joints and effectively improves the load-bearing capacity of thecomponents. The quasi-static test was carried out on 5 rigid frames,and the finite element analysis was carried out on 11rigid frames to analyze the influence of 7 parameters including beam web height,C-shaped steel thickness,column flangewidth,column web height,joint plate thickness,roof slope and portal frame span on the failure mode and seismicperformance of double-limb cold-formed C-shaped steel portal frame. The analysis results show that C-shaped steelthickness,column web height,column flange width,and the portal frame span has significant influence on the seismicperformance of the cold-formed C-shaped steel portal frame with two limbs. According to the results of orthogonal testanalysis,the sequence of parameters affecting the ultimate bearing capacity and column top failure displacement of this typeof structure was found,and the parameter combination when the two results were the largest was obtained,and calculationformulas were deduced for ultimate bearing capacity and column top failure displacement for seismic performancecharacteristics of portal frame.
