集束釘群裝配式鋼-混組合梁界面滑移特性研究?

摘 要

摘要: 集束釘群裝配式鋼-混組合梁由于構(gòu)造、施工與現(xiàn)澆組合梁有差異,其鋼與混凝土界面滑移剛度受釘群布置影響.為研究集束度對(duì)裝配式鋼-混組合梁界面滑移特性的影響規(guī)律,開(kāi)展了 5 個(gè)具有相同抗剪連接程度的集束釘群裝配式鋼-混組合梁加載試驗(yàn),研究不同集束度試驗(yàn)梁的荷載-位移曲線、破壞形態(tài)、鋼-混凝土交界面滑移特性以及截面應(yīng)變變化規(guī)律的差異.試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:集束度對(duì)集束釘群裝配式鋼-混組合梁的屈服荷載影響較小;界面滑移隨集束度的增大而增大;隨著集束度的增大,試驗(yàn)梁的截面應(yīng)變不再服從平截面假定.基于試驗(yàn)及理論分析,提出了考慮集束度和釘群折減系數(shù)的裝配式鋼-混組合梁界面滑移線性剛度計(jì)算公式,該公式計(jì)算結(jié)果與本文及文獻(xiàn)的試驗(yàn)值吻合良好.

Abstract: The steel-concrete interface slip stiffness of assembled steel-concrete composite beams with cluster nail groups isaffected by the nail group arrangement due to the difference in construction and construction from cast-in-place compositebeams. In order to study the influence rule of the cluster degree on the interface slip properties of assembled steel-concretecomposite beams,five loading tests on assembled steel-concrete composite beams with cluster nail groups and the samedegree of shear connection were carried out to investigate the differences in the load-displacement curve,the damagepattern,the slip properties of the steel-concrete interface and the change rule of strain in the section of the test beams withdifferent cluster degrees. The test results show that the effect of the cluster degree on the yield load of assembledsteel-concrete composite beams with cluster nail groups is small;the interface slip increases with the increase of the clusterdegree;the cross-sectional strain of the test beams no longer obeys the assumption of flat section as the cluster degreeincreases. Based on the experimental and theoretical analyses,a linear stiffness calculation formula for the interface slip ofassembled steel-concrete composite beams considering the cluster degree and nail group discount factor was proposed,andthe calculation results of the formula are in good agreement with the experimental values in this paper and the literature.
