摘要: 為研究預(yù)應(yīng)力、弦桿及腹桿配鋼率對預(yù)制預(yù)應(yīng)力桁架式鋼骨混凝土梁正截面受彎性能的影響,設(shè)計制作了6 根預(yù)制預(yù)應(yīng)力桁架式鋼骨混凝土梁和 1 根非預(yù)應(yīng)力桁架式鋼骨混凝土梁進(jìn)行靜力受彎性能試驗,研究試件的開裂荷載、極限荷載、裂縫形態(tài)及其發(fā)展規(guī)律、破壞形態(tài)等.結(jié)果表明:下部受拉區(qū)角鋼屈服后,試件撓度不斷增大,最終受壓區(qū)混凝土壓碎,呈典型的適筋破壞形態(tài);預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的配置對試件的開裂荷載有明顯的提高作用;試件正截面抗彎承載力隨鋼骨桁架弦桿角鋼截面尺寸的增大而明顯提高.推導(dǎo)了預(yù)制預(yù)應(yīng)力桁架式鋼骨混凝土梁的短期剛度以及正截面抗彎承載力計算公式,與試驗結(jié)果較為吻合,可供工程實際參考.

Experimental study on flexural behavior of precast prestressed steel-truss-reinforced concrete beams

Abstract: In order to study the influence of prestress,the chord and steel distribution ratio of web rod on the flexuralbehavior of precast prestressed steel-truss-reinforced concrete (STRC) beam,six precast prestressed STRC beams and onenormal STRC beams were designed and fabricated to conduct static flexural behavior tests. The cracking load,ultimateload,crack morphology,development law and failure mode of the specimens were studied. The results show that thedeflection of lower chord angle steel increases continuously after yield,and concrete is crushed in the compression zone,and finally the concrete in the compression zone is crushed,showing a typical failure mode of reinforcement. Theconfiguration of prestressing reinforcement can significantly improve the cracking load of specimens. The flexural bearingcapacity of the normal section of the specimen increases significantly with the increase of the section size of the steel trusschord angle. The short-term stiffness of precast prestressed STRC beams and the formulas for calculating the flexuralbearing capacity of the normal section were deduced,which are in good agreement with the test results and can be used forpractical engineering reference.
