某連續(xù)變向斜柱高層辦公樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)研究

摘要: 某辦公樓首層和外立面框架柱均為混凝土斜柱,且各層斜柱斜率不一樣,稱之為連續(xù)變向斜柱,斜柱引起樓蓋結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生水平力.對(duì)斜柱的豎向抗壓剛度和水平抗側(cè)剛度大小進(jìn)行研究,并推導(dǎo)豎向抗壓剛度和水平抗側(cè)剛度的計(jì)算公式,結(jié)果表明,斜柱豎向抗壓剛度遠(yuǎn)小于普通直柱,水平抗側(cè)剛度大于直柱.對(duì)連續(xù)變向斜柱斜率不斷變化過程中不同層樓蓋結(jié)構(gòu)的水平力分布規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析,提出了樓蓋水平力較大的結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)對(duì)措施.由于連續(xù)變向斜柱的存在,不同的施工方案將會(huì)造成不同的構(gòu)件內(nèi)力分布,通過對(duì)施工過程進(jìn)行模擬分析,選擇最合理的施工順序和拆模周期.

Research on structural design of a high-rise office building with continuouslyvariable-direction inclined columns

Abstract: The frame columns on the first floor and the façade of an office building are all concrete inclined columns,andthe slopes of the inclined columns on each floor are different,which are called continuously variable-direction inclinedcolumns. The inclined columns cause horizontal forces in the floor structure. The vertical compressive stiffness andhorizontal lateral stiffness of the inclined column were studied,and the calculation formulas of the vertical compressivestiffness and horizontal lateral stiffness were deduced. The results show that the vertical compressive stiffness of the inclinedcolumn is much smaller than that of the ordinary straight column,the horizontal lateral stiffness is greater than that of thestraight column. The horizontal force distribution law of different floors of the floor structure was analyzed in the process ofcontinuously changing the slope of the inclined column,and the structural counter measures for the large horizontal force ofthe floor were put forward. Due to the existence of continuously changing inclined columns,different construction schemeswill cause different internal force distribution of components. By simulating and analyzing the construction process,the mostreasonable construction sequence and demolding period were selected.
