摘要: 簡要介紹了廈門翔安體育交流中心的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及游泳館頂大跨度樓蓋設(shè)計,重點介紹了跨度為 63m×72m的籃球館重載屋面設(shè)計,該種植屋面恒荷載約為普通輕質(zhì)鋼屋面荷載的 10 倍,采用 6 種結(jié)構(gòu)方案進行選型對比,提出了一種新型預(yù)應(yīng)力拱形鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu),該桁架的幾何構(gòu)造完全基于結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力分布特征,具有安全、經(jīng)濟、美觀的特點.針對大跨重載屋面在恒載作用下產(chǎn)生較大水平支座反力的問題,采用了施工階段和使用階段不同類型的支座約束條件,釋放了大部分水平力,優(yōu)化了下部結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計.此外,還研究了重要節(jié)點如支座節(jié)點和預(yù)應(yīng)力拉索張拉端節(jié)點的構(gòu)造,進行了有限元分析;對該項目進行了上下部結(jié)構(gòu)整體協(xié)同分析,并有針對性的采取了加強措施.

Roof design of super-span heavy-duty of Xiamen Xiang’an Sports Exchange Center

Abstract:The structural design of Xiamen Xiang’ an Sports Exchange Center and the design of large-span roof of theswimming pool were briefly introduced,focusing on the design of heavy-duty roof of basketball hall with the span of 63m×72m,the constant load of this planted roof is about 10 times of the load of ordinary light weight steel roof,six structuralsolutions were used for selection and comparison,and a new type of prestressed arch steel truss structure was proposed. Thegeometric structure of the truss is completely based on the internal force distribution characteristics of the structure,whichis safe,economical and beautiful. For the problem of large-span heavy-duty roofs generating large horizontal bearingreactions under constant load,different types of bearing constraints in the construction and use phases were used to releasemost of the horizontal forces and optimize the design of the substructure. In addition,the construction of important nodessuch as bearing nodes and prestressing cable tension end nodes were studied and finite element analysis was carried out;theoverall synergistic analysis of the upper and lower structure was carried out for the project and targeted strengtheningmeasures were taken.
