重慶地區(qū)超高層建筑軟巖地基承載力取值研究

摘要: 軟巖地基承載力是超高層建筑基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)鍵參數(shù).在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)地質(zhì)調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合巖石現(xiàn)場(chǎng)和室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,總結(jié)了經(jīng)驗(yàn)查表法、單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度折減法、載荷試驗(yàn)和 Bell 法確定軟巖地基承載力的使用條件,并運(yùn)用上述方法研究某超高層建筑軟巖地基承載力取值.結(jié)果表明:單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度折減法中折減系數(shù) ψr 取值范圍大,導(dǎo)致相同巖石地基承載力差異可達(dá) 2.5 倍,即便采用地方經(jīng)驗(yàn),地基承載力的極差也達(dá) 27%;Bell 法計(jì)算的地基極限承載力處于載荷試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的最小、最大值之間,結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確性較高,且計(jì)算所需要的參數(shù)容易獲取,當(dāng)安全系數(shù)取 3.5 時(shí),計(jì)算結(jié)果能充分反映軟巖實(shí)際承載性能,在未進(jìn)行載荷試驗(yàn)的場(chǎng)地可采用此方法計(jì)算地基承載力.

Research on value of bearing capacity of soft rock foundation for super high-rise buildingin Chongqing area

Abstract: Bearing capacity of soft rock foundation is the key parameter in foundation design of super high-rise building. Onthe basis of field geological survey,combined with the rock field and indoor test results,the use conditions of bearingcapacity of soft rock foundation by empirical look-up table method,uniaxial compressive strength reduction method,loadtest and Bell method were summarized,and the above methods were used to study value of the bearing capacity of soft rockfoundation for a super high-rise building. The results show that the value range of reduction coefficient ψrin uniaxialcompressive strength reduction method is wide,which leads to a 2.5 times difference in the bearing capacity of same rocks,even if local experience is used,the extreme difference of foundation bearing capacity is at 27%. The ultimate bearingcapacity of the foundation calculated by the Bell method is between the minimum and maximum values of the results of theload test method,the result is more accurate,and the values of the parameters required for the calculation are easy toobtain. When the safety coefficient is 3.5,the calculation results can fully reflect the actual bearing performance of softrock,this method can be used to calculate the bearing capacity of foundation in the site where the load test has not beencarried out .
