廈門英藍(lán)國(guó)際金融中心樁-土共同工作設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)測(cè)研究

摘 要

摘要: 廈門英藍(lán)國(guó)際金融中心的樁基礎(chǔ)所處的地層起伏且性質(zhì)差異較大,直接持力層還具有遇水軟化的不利特性,這給考慮樁-土共同工作的樁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)帶來一定難度.首先對(duì)本工程進(jìn)行了單樁靜載試驗(yàn)和地基土載荷板試驗(yàn),獲得樁和地基土的抗壓承載力特征值,為設(shè)計(jì)分析提供可靠依據(jù).其次,通過考慮樁-土共同工作的精細(xì)化數(shù)值分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)了合理化的樁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì).最后,沉降監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果顯示,實(shí)際沉降小于數(shù)值分析預(yù)測(cè)的沉降,滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求.樁-土壓力監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果顯示,樁間土壓力為 127~ 179kPa,樁間土分擔(dān)荷載顯著,樁頂反力較小.通過實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新,本工程樁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)取得了較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效果.

Research on pile-soil interaction design and measurement for Xiamen WinlandInternational Financial Center

Abstract: The layer of the pile foundation of Xiamen Winland International Financial Center (XFC) fluctuates and hasgreat differences in properties. The direct bearing layer also has the disadvantage of softening when encountering water,which brings certain difficulties to the design of pile foundation considering pile-soil interaction. Firstly,the single pilevertical static load test and foundation soil load plate test were carried out for the project,and the characteristic values ofthe compressive bearing capacity of the pile and foundation soil were obtained to provide a reliable basis for design andanalysis. Secondly,through the numerical analysis considering the pile-soil interaction,the rational pile foundation designwas realized. Finally,the settlement monitoring results show that the actual settlement is less than that predicted settlementby numerical analysis,which meets the design requirements. The pile and soil pressure monitoring results show that the soilpressure between piles is 127 to 179kPa,the load shared by the soil between piles is significant,but the reaction force atthe pile top is small. Through practical innovation,the pile foundation design of the project has achieved good economicresults.
