摘要: 本項(xiàng)目辦公樓總建筑高度為 41.065m,由兩座塔樓及裙房組成,塔樓在 7~ 9 層處由連廊連成一體.塔樓采用鋼筋混凝土框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),7~ 9 層連體結(jié)構(gòu)采用型鋼混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu).對(duì)連體、連廊方案進(jìn)行了比選,介紹了關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì),并采用 YJK 軟件對(duì)連體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了彈性時(shí)程分析和舒適度分析,結(jié)果表明,連體結(jié)構(gòu)體系能夠滿足承載力、抗側(cè)力、變形和舒適度的要求.對(duì) 2#樓南側(cè)兩側(cè)懸挑的鋼桁架連廊進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明,增設(shè)平面外斜撐能顯著改善鋼結(jié)構(gòu)連廊的動(dòng)力特性.

Structural design of a connected high-rise office building in Hangzhou

Abstract: The total height of the office building is 41.065m,consisting of two towers and a podium. The towers areconnected by corridor on the 7th to 9th floors. The tower adopts a reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure,and the7th to 9th floor conjoined structure adopts a steel-concrete frame structure. Conjoined and connected corridor schemes werecompared and selected,and the design of the key nodes was introduced. And YJK software was used to analyze the elastictime history and comfort degree of the conjoined structure. The results show that the conjoined structure system can meetthe requirements of bearing capacity,lateral force resistance,deformation and comfort. The cantilevered steel truss corridoron both sides of the south side of Building 2# was analyzed,and the results show that the addition of out-of-plane diagonalbracing can significantly improve the dynamic characteristics of the steel structure corridor.
