前海時代廣場復雜連體結(jié)構(gòu)方案選型分析

摘要: 前海時代廣場是由兩棟超高層建筑組成的大底盤雙塔高位連體結(jié)構(gòu).針對建筑高寬比大、荷載作用大、復雜連體、功能復雜、限制條件多等特點,通過對不同結(jié)構(gòu)方案進行對比,確定了大底盤雙塔高位連體結(jié)構(gòu)采用鋼桁架強連接形式,北塔采用帶立面支撐的矩形鋼管混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,南塔沿高度采用三種不同的結(jié)構(gòu)體系.對所選結(jié)構(gòu)體系采用 YJK 與 MIDAS Gen 軟件進行彈性分析對比.分析和論證結(jié)果表明所選結(jié)構(gòu)體系可行且合理.

Analysis on structure schemes selection of the complex connective structurein Qianhan Time Plaza

Abstract: Qianhan Time Plaza is a twin-tower high-level connective structure with large chassis,which is composed of twosuper high-rise buildings. Taking into account of big height-width ratio,large loads,complex connective structure,complexfunctions,limited condition,etc. ,through the comparison of different structural schemes,it was determined that the steeltruss with strong fixed connection form was adopted by the twin-tower high-level connective structure with large chassiss.The north tower uses rectangular steel pipe concrete frame-RC core wall structural system with facade brace,the south toweradopts three different structural systems. YJK and MIDAS Gen programs were used for elastic analysis and comparison ofthe selected structural system. The analysis and demonstration results show that the choosing structural systems are feasibleand reasonable.
