摘要: 1 棟多塔高位轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)包括 1 棟 193.05m 高的住宅、1 棟 155.9m 高的保障房及下部 42.6m 高的裙房,塔樓轉(zhuǎn)換層均位于第 9 層,為部分框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu).結(jié)構(gòu)存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、凹凸不規(guī)則、尺寸突變、高位轉(zhuǎn)換等不規(guī)則項(xiàng),采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行整體計(jì)算,重點(diǎn)分析了高階振型對(duì)構(gòu)件內(nèi)力的影響,單向少墻體系的墻肢平面外承載力,并對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)換層進(jìn)行實(shí)體有限元分析以校核框支梁的內(nèi)力和應(yīng)力分布,給出了型鋼偏心連接節(jié)點(diǎn)的應(yīng)力分布云圖.分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均滿足設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范要求,抗震性能能夠達(dá)到設(shè)定的性能目標(biāo) C,在分析的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)提出了針對(duì)性的加強(qiáng)措施.

Design and research of multi-tower high-position transfer structure

Abstract: A multi-tower high-position transfer structure includes a 193.05m high residential building,a 155.9m highsecurity house and a lower 42.6m high podium. The tower transfer floors are located on the 9th floor and are partiallyframe-supported shear wall structures. The structure has irregularities such as torsional irregularity,concave and convexirregularities,sudden size mutation,and high-position transfer. The overall calculation of the structure was carried out byusing the performance-based seismic design method. The influence of high-order vibration mode on the internal force of themember and the out-of-plane bearing capacity of the wall limb of the structural system with few-shear-walls in one directionwere analyzed. The solid finite element analysis of the transfer layer was carried out to check the internal force and stressdistribution of the frame-supported beam,and the stress distribution cloud diagram of the eccentric connection of sectionsteel was given. The analysis results show that all the indexes of the structure meet the requirements of the design code,and the seismic performance can reach the set performance target C. Based on the analysis,the corresponding strengtheningmeasures were proposed in combination with the structural characteristics.
