摘要: 超高層建筑整體穩(wěn)定性分析、加強(qiáng)層設(shè)計(jì)及結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換等是超高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn).通過越秀.國際金融匯三期330m 超高層塔樓 T5 設(shè)計(jì)與分析,提出了剛重比修正、伸臂桁架+環(huán)帶桁架加強(qiáng)層及斜柱轉(zhuǎn)換設(shè)計(jì)等設(shè)計(jì)、分析方法.當(dāng)結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定性指標(biāo)剛重比成為結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的控制指標(biāo)時(shí),有必要對剛重比的適用條件進(jìn)行分析.通過力學(xué)公式的推導(dǎo)可知,規(guī)范關(guān)于剛重比的計(jì)算方法適用于剛度和質(zhì)量分布沿豎向均勻的結(jié)構(gòu);根據(jù)公式推導(dǎo)結(jié)合屈曲因子計(jì)算的對比分析,提出了當(dāng)結(jié)構(gòu)主要構(gòu)件從下到上逐步收進(jìn)、質(zhì)量主要集中在下部樓層時(shí)針對剛重比的修正方法,使結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)更加合理經(jīng)濟(jì).在高區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)收進(jìn)部位相鄰下兩層,設(shè)置伸臂桁架+環(huán)帶桁架加強(qiáng)層,有效解決了高區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)收進(jìn)后剛度削弱的問題.收進(jìn)后高區(qū)外框架柱與核心筒剪力墻之間采用斜柱過渡的方式,解決了高區(qū)個(gè)別外框柱與下層的連接過渡問題,避免了結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換層的設(shè)置.

Analysis of structural design of a 330m super high-rise building

Abstract: Super high-rise overall stability analysis,strengthening layer design and structural transfer are the key anddifficult point for super high-rise building design. Through design and analysis of the third phase of the Yuexiu InternationalFinancial 330m super high-rise tower T5,stiffness-weight ratio correction analysis method,story with outriggers + beltmembers design method and inclined column transferring design method were provided. When the stiffness-weight ratio isthe control index of overall structural stability,it is necessary to analyze the application conditions of the stiffness-weightratio. From the derivation of the mechanical formula,the stiffness-weight ratio calculation method of specification is suitablefor the structure with uniform distribution of stiffness and mass along the vertical. Based on the formula derivation and thecomparative analysis of buckling factor calculation,when the main components of the structure are gradually retracted frombottom to top and the mass is concentrated in the lower floor,the correction method for the stiffness-weight ratio wasproposed,which makes the structure design more reasonable and economical. In the lower two story of the high zonestructure,the outriggers + belt members were set,the problem of stiffness weakening due to the the high zone structurechanges was effectively solved. The inclined column transition is adopted between the outer frame column in the high zoneand the shear wall of the corewall,which solves the connection transition problem between the individual outer framecolumn in the high zone and the lower story,and avoids the setting of the structural transfer story.
