摘要: 首先對橫琴國際金融中心大廈結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的有關(guān)內(nèi)容和遇到的若干重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)問題,例如如何合理設(shè)置加強(qiáng)層、錯洞墻設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)、斜柱設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn)以及屋頂調(diào)諧液體阻尼器(TLD)系統(tǒng)減振在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中需考慮的問題等,進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,就如何解決上述問題進(jìn)行了探討和分析,并給出了實(shí)施的解決方案.通過多方案計(jì)算分析比較,得出最少加強(qiáng)層數(shù)量和最優(yōu)位置.剪力墻形成較多錯洞時(shí),可以通過局部應(yīng)力分析和適當(dāng)?shù)臉?gòu)造措施使其滿足相應(yīng)的性能目標(biāo).關(guān)于結(jié)構(gòu)上下柱網(wǎng)尺寸變化,斜柱過渡是除了設(shè)置結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換梁以外的另一個合理選擇.利用屋頂水箱作為 TLD 系統(tǒng)是一種解決風(fēng)振舒適度問題的經(jīng)濟(jì)有效手段.

Analysis of structural design difficulties of Hengqin International Financial Center building

Abstract: First of all,the relevant contents of Hengqin International Financial Center building structural design and somekey and difficult problems encountered,such as how to set up reinforcement layer reasonably,key points in the design ofstaggered hole wall,difficulties in the design of inclined column and problems to be considered in the structural design ofroof tuned liquid damper (TLD) system vibration reduction,etc,were introduced in detail,how to solve the above problemswas discussed and analysed,and the implementation solutions was given. Through calculation,analysis and comparison ofmultiple schemes,it is concluded that the minimum number of reinforcement layers and the optimal location are effectivemeans to set up reinforcement layer. When many staggered holes are formed in shear walls,local stress analysis andappropriate construction measures can be adopted to meet the corresponding performance objectives. As for the size changeof the upper and lower column grid of the structure,the inclined column transition is another reasonable choice besidessetting the structural transfer beam. The roof water tank as TLD system is an economical and effective way to solve theproblem of wind vibration comfort.
