摘要: 近幾年地震震害表明,我國遭受 5 級(jí)以上地震災(zāi)害次數(shù)較多,造成幾十億元至幾百億元的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失.為了解鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)居建筑抗震性能,對(duì)天津市某區(qū) 21 個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)居展開了抗震性能調(diào)查,分析鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)居結(jié)構(gòu)類型、建造年代、建筑現(xiàn)狀、砂漿類型、抗震構(gòu)造措施等信息.對(duì) 840 棟典型的農(nóng)居展開抗震性能詳細(xì)分析,采用綜合抗震能力指數(shù)評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)農(nóng)居進(jìn)行抗震性能鑒定.統(tǒng)計(jì)各類型農(nóng)居的綜合抗震能力指數(shù),得出同一類型農(nóng)居綜合抗震指標(biāo),采用加權(quán)平均綜合抗震能力指數(shù)評(píng)價(jià)該類型的抗震性能.結(jié)果表明:天津市某區(qū)土坯結(jié)構(gòu)整體的抗震性能不足,且該類型結(jié)構(gòu)多在 20 世紀(jì) 70 年代建造,歷史久遠(yuǎn),腐蝕破壞嚴(yán)重,大部分已經(jīng)失去原抗震承載能力.從加權(quán)平均綜合抗震能力指數(shù)上看,磚木結(jié)構(gòu)在地震烈度為 8 度時(shí),就不滿足當(dāng)?shù)氐卣鹪O(shè)防標(biāo)準(zhǔn).磚混結(jié)構(gòu)加權(quán)平均綜合抗震能力指數(shù)較高,抗震性能表現(xiàn)良好,均能夠滿足天津市某區(qū)抗震設(shè)防要求.

Comprehensive evaluation of seismic performance of farmhouse

Abstract:The earthquake damage shows that countries have suffered many earthquake disasters of magnitude 5 or higher inrecent years,which causing economic losses of several billion to tens of billions Yuan. In order to clear the seismicperformance of farmhouse,an investigation on the seismic performance of farmhouse in 21 towns in a district of Tianjin wascarried out. The information on the structure type,construction age,construction status,mortar type and seismic structuralmeasures of the farmhouse was analyzed. A detaile analysis of the seismic performance of 840 typical farmhouses wascarried out,and the seismic performance of the farmhouses was identified by the comprehensive seismic resistance indexevaluation method. The comprehensive seismic resistance index of each type of farmhouse was counted,and thecomprehensive seismic resistance index of the same type of farmhouse was obtained,and the weighted averagecomprehensive seismic resistance index was used to evaluate the seismic performance of this type. The results show that theseismic performance of the adobe structures in a district of Tianjin is deficiency,which most of these structures were built inthe 1970s with a long history and were seriously corroded,and most of them have lost their original seismic bearingcapacity. From the weighted average comprehensive seismic resistance index,when the earthquake intensity is 8 degrees,the brick-wood structure does not meet the local seismic fortification standards. The weighted average comprehensive seismicresistance index of the brick-concrete structure is highest than other two types of farmhouses,which show the seismicperformance is good and can meet the seismic fortification requirements of a district in Tianjin.
