混凝土內(nèi)部質(zhì)量的截面檢測試驗研究?

摘要: 為研究混凝土內(nèi)部質(zhì)量的截面檢測方法,采用 ZBL?U510 非金屬超聲檢測儀,對 3 個預埋缺陷的混凝土試件進行環(huán)測法超聲檢測試驗. 運用截面測線圖對混凝土截面內(nèi)部缺陷進行深入分析. 通過計算混凝土截面網(wǎng)格測線平均聲速值,并繪制等值線圖,可初步定性分析混凝土內(nèi)部質(zhì)量狀況. 基于截面解析成像原理,以截面網(wǎng)格測線平均聲速作為解析初始值,采用 ART 迭代算法,繪制超聲聲速等值線圖,對混凝土截面的內(nèi)部質(zhì)量進行成像.應用統(tǒng)計法對異常聲速進行判定,并對圖像進行歸一化處理,從而識別混凝土內(nèi)部質(zhì)量缺陷. 結(jié)果表明:通過截面測線圖測線顏色分布,可以分析出混凝土截面質(zhì)量分布情況;通過判定并剔除異常測線,能夠?qū)τ忻黠@缺陷的混凝土進行識別. 基于截面解析成像方法,普通超聲檢測儀可以完成對混凝土內(nèi)部質(zhì)量檢測的成像分析,繪制的聲速等值線圖能夠以圖像的方式定量展現(xiàn)混凝土截面內(nèi)部質(zhì)量分布情況,可以識別混凝土內(nèi)部缺陷.

Abstract:In order to study the section detection method of concrete internal quality, the ring ultrasonic detection test wascarried out on three concrete samples with embedded defects by using ZBL?U510 non?metal ultrasonic testing instrument.The internal defects of the section of concrete was qualitatively analyzed by using the sectional line diagram. The internalquality of the concrete can be preliminarily analyzed by calculating the average sound velocity of the section grid line anddrawing a contour map. Based on the principle of section analytical imaging, the average sound velocity of the section gridline was taken as the parse initial value. Using the ART iterative algorithm, the contour map of the supersonic soundvelocity was drawn to image the internal quality of the concrete section. The statistical method was used to judge theabnormal sound velocity, and the image was normalized to identify the internal quality defects of concrete. The results showthat the quality distribution of the section of concrete can be analyzed by the color distribution of the lines in the sectionalline diagram. The concrete with obvious defects can be identified by judging and eliminating the abnormal survey lines.Based on the section analytic imaging method, the ordinary ultrasonic detector can complete the imaging analysis of theinternal quality inspection of the concrete. The contour map of the sound velocity can quantitatively display the internalquality distribution of the concrete section in the form of images, and can identify the internal defects of the concrete.
