摘要: 介紹了圖解靜力學(xué)和繪制桁架軸力線圖的方法,基于面向?qū)ο蠓椒ň帉懤L制桁架結(jié)構(gòu)軸力線圖的優(yōu)化程序,為了得到穩(wěn)定的軸力線圖,采用基于桿系有限元方法先計(jì)算軸力,再通過拓?fù)潢P(guān)系繪制軸力線圖. 在計(jì)算過程中計(jì)算并實(shí)時(shí)顯示虛功代表值,有利于工程師通過調(diào)整桁架形狀實(shí)時(shí)進(jìn)行找形優(yōu)化. 結(jié)合算例描述基于圖解靜力法對(duì)桁架進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的計(jì)算過程. 最后通過一個(gè)工程算例展示基于圖解靜力法對(duì)桁架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化的有效性.

Development and application of a truss structure optimization program based on graphic statics

Abstract: Graphic statics and a method of drawing axial force diagram of truss was introduced; the optimization program todraw axial force diagram of truss structure was developed based on an object?oriented method. To obtain stable axial forcediagram, axial force was calculated firstly using finite element method based on bar system, and axial force diagram wasdrawn through topological relations. Virtual work representative value was calculated and displayed in real time in programcalculation, which allows engineers to optimize the truss shape in real time. A calculation example was shown todemonstrate the calculation procedure of truss structure optimization based on graphic statics. Finally, an analysis ofengineering example was used to exhibit the effectiveness of truss structure optimization based on graphic statics.
