摘要: 海口雙子塔?南塔超高層建筑采用樁?筏基礎(chǔ),其上部結(jié)構(gòu)傳力復(fù)雜、水平及豎向荷載大、內(nèi)筒與外框地基差異變形及群樁效應(yīng)明顯,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)難度大. 分析研究了樁?筏基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)中單樁承載力特征值取值、超高層塔樓核心筒與巨柱間的差異沉降控制、水平荷載影響等關(guān)鍵問題,總結(jié)了巨型外框?核心筒超高層結(jié)構(gòu)樁?筏基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn). 基于承載力及變形控制要求比選了 3 種不同的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)方案,結(jié)果表明采用變剛度調(diào)平設(shè)計(jì)方法有效地減少了不同區(qū)域的差異沉降,樁身承載力滿足要求,經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)更優(yōu).

Design and study on pile?raft foundation design of Haikou Twin Towers?South Tower

Abstract: The super high?rise building of Haikou Twin Towers?South Tower adopts the pile?raft foundation. There iscomplex force transfer of the superstructure of the tower, large horizontal and vertical loads, the differential deformationbetween inner corewall and outer frame foundations and obvious pile group effect, which leads to the difficulty in thefoundation design. Some key issues in the design of pile?raft foundation were analyzed and studied including the eigenvaluevalue of single pile bearing capacity, the differential settlement control between the corewall and giant columns of the superhigh?rise tower, the influence of horizontal loads, and the design points were summarized for the pile?raft foundation of thesuper high?rise structure with giant outer frame?corewall. Based on the requirements of bearing capacity and deformationcontrol, three different foundation design schemes were compared and selected. The results show that the variable stiffnessleveling design method can effectively reduce the differential settlement of different areas, the pile bearing capacity meetsthe requirements, and the economic index is better.
