摘要: 針對普通錨桿耐久性差、性價比低,預(yù)應(yīng)力錨桿存在施工工藝復(fù)雜、滲水隱患大等問題,提出了一種內(nèi)嵌預(yù)應(yīng)力桿芯的組合錨桿。 該組合錨桿通過內(nèi)嵌先張法預(yù)應(yīng)力桿芯,可有效控制桿身裂縫;且桿芯為工廠預(yù)制,施工階段無須張拉,可簡化施工流程,符合地下室底板防滲漏要求。 依托工程實例與有限元數(shù)值分析,給出了組合錨桿的設(shè)計理論,對其進行了受力性能分析,證明了其在技術(shù)上的可行性。

Analysis on mechanical performance of composite anchor with embeddedprestressed anchor core

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor durability and low price-quality ratio of ordinary anchor, complicatedconstruction technology and great hidden danger of water leakage in prestressed anchor, a composite anchor with embeddedprestressed anchor cores was proposed. The composite anchor can effectively control the crack of the anchor body byembedding the pre-tensioned prestressed anchor core. The anchor core is prefabricated in the factory, and no tensioning isrequired during the construction stage, which can simplify the construction process and meet the requirement of anti-leakageof basement floor. Based on a specific engineering and finite element analysis, the design theory of the composite anchorwas given, the mechanical performance of it was analyzed, and the technical feasibility of it was proved.
