杭州蕭山國際機(jī)場三期工程陸側(cè)交通中心基坑逆作法設(shè)計(jì)?

摘要: 陸側(cè)交通中心是聯(lián)系杭州蕭山國際機(jī)場 T1 ~ T4 各航站樓的中轉(zhuǎn)站,是杭州蕭山國際機(jī)場三期工程的核心部分。 為滿足杭州蕭山國際機(jī)場工程建設(shè)要求及東側(cè)使用中航站樓“ 不停航、不停運(yùn)” 要求,陸側(cè)交通中心東側(cè) C區(qū)采用逆作施工,為目前浙江省內(nèi)規(guī)模最大、開挖深度最深的采用逆作法的基坑工程。 根據(jù)本工程的工程概況和環(huán)境特點(diǎn),對本項(xiàng)目基坑逆作法設(shè)計(jì)的重難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析。 從逆作法剖面設(shè)計(jì)、樓層板設(shè)計(jì)、棧橋設(shè)計(jì)和節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)4 個方面對本工程的逆作法設(shè)計(jì)中面臨的主要問題進(jìn)行了梳理和總結(jié),并對相應(yīng)問題所采取的措施進(jìn)行了介紹。最終的工程實(shí)施效果及監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)表明,整個逆作施工過程安全可控,基坑開挖對周邊環(huán)境影響在合理范圍內(nèi)。

Reverse construction method design of landside traffic center foundation pit of Ⅲ project ofHangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport

Abstract: Landside traffic center is a transfer station connecting T1 ~ T4 terminals of Hangzhou Xiaoshan InternationalAirport and the core part of phase Ⅲ project of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport. In order to meet the constructionrequirements of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport project and the requirements of “ non-stop navigation and non-stopoperation" of terminal building in service on the east side, the reverse construction was adopted in area C on the east sideof the landside traffic center, which is the foundation pit project with the largest scale and deepest excavation depth of usingthe reverse construction in Zhejiang Province. According to the project overview and environmental characteristics of theproject, the key and difficult points of the reverse construction method design of the foundation pit of the project wereanalyzed. The main problems in the reverse construction design of this project were sorted out and summarized from the fouraspects of the reverse construction section design, floor slab design, trestle design and node design, and the correspondingmeasures were introduced. The final project implementation effect and monitoring data show that the whole reverseconstruction process is safe and controllable, and the impact of foundation pit excavation on the surrounding environment iswithin a reasonable range.
