杭州亞運(yùn)會(huì)曲棍球場(chǎng)大跨鋼罩棚結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)?

摘要: 杭州亞運(yùn)會(huì)曲棍球場(chǎng)鋼罩棚結(jié)構(gòu)平面形狀為橢圓形。 屋面結(jié)構(gòu)體系為鋼桁架拱結(jié)構(gòu):由南北向 2 榀三管鋼桁架拱和最外側(cè) 2 根圓鋼管拱組成主受力結(jié)構(gòu),東西向通過(guò)單向平面桁架連接,組成次受力結(jié)構(gòu)。 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋面通過(guò) 8 個(gè)支點(diǎn)落于 4 個(gè)高約 6m 的混凝土高支墩基座上,高支墩采用樁基礎(chǔ)。 介紹了曲棍球場(chǎng)看臺(tái)屋面鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的方案比選和風(fēng)荷載受力特點(diǎn);進(jìn)行了多支座類(lèi)型的整體計(jì)算,并取包絡(luò)值;考慮了復(fù)雜節(jié)點(diǎn)的應(yīng)力分析。 介紹了大彎矩、大剪力等復(fù)雜受力的高支墩及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)方法;提出了考慮樁水平承載力、增加結(jié)構(gòu)自重、增設(shè)拉梁等綜合措施解決基底大水平推力問(wèn)題。 分析結(jié)果表明:曲棍球場(chǎng)的各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)均能滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)要求。

Large-span steel canopy structure design of hockey stadium for Asian Games Hangzhou

Abstract:The steel canopy shape of hockey stadium for Asian Games Hangzhou is an ellipse. The structural system of theroof is steel truss arch structure: the main load-bearing structure along the direction of south-north consists two three-tubesteel trusses arches and two round steel pipe arches, and the secondary load-bearing structure uses single truss to connect tomain truss from east to west. The steel structure roof is constructed at four 6-meter-high concrete high-piers through eightpivot points, and the high-pier adopts pile foundation. Scheme comparison of the steel roof and wind load analysis of thestructure was introduced. The overall calculation for multiple support types and envelope value was also included. Stressanalysis of complex nodes was performed. Foundation design method for large bending moment and large shear force of thehigh pier was introduced. The comprehensive measures such as considering the horizontal bearing capacity of pile,increasing structural self-weight and the tie beam were put forward to solve the large shear force in the basement. Theresults of analysis show that all indicators of hockey stadium can meet requirements of design.
