杭州亞運(yùn)會(huì)拳擊場(chǎng)館杭州體育館提升改造工程結(jié)構(gòu)加固設(shè)計(jì)?

摘要: 杭州體育館建于 20 世紀(jì) 60 年代末,是我國(guó)較早建成的馬鞍形懸索屋面體育建筑,至今已超過(guò)一般建筑 50年的設(shè)計(jì)使用年限,作為歷史保護(hù)建筑,其將繼續(xù)使用,并將作為 2022 年杭州亞運(yùn)會(huì)拳擊比賽主場(chǎng)館。 根據(jù)后續(xù)使用年限 30 年的 A 類(lèi)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性和抗震性能鑒定結(jié)果及提升改造后的建筑功能要求,分析了上部承重結(jié)構(gòu)體系不合理之處及需要加固的結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件。 采用綜合抗震能力驗(yàn)算的方法,分別從地基基礎(chǔ)、結(jié)構(gòu)體系、結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件、梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)、屋面索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面對(duì)本工程進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)加固改造設(shè)計(jì)。 同時(shí),鑒于原建筑按非抗震設(shè)計(jì),本工程采用性能化設(shè)計(jì)的思路,通過(guò)利用結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件抗震承載力冗余度,放寬部分構(gòu)造要求從而縮小加固范圍、節(jié)約成本、縮短工期,同時(shí)最大限度減輕結(jié)構(gòu)加固對(duì)原有建筑的影響,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)歷史建筑的保護(hù)。

Structural reinforcement design of Hangzhou Gymnasium upgrading and reconstruction projectfor Asian Games Hangzhou boxing venue

Abstract: Built in the late 1960s, Hangzhou Gymnasium is a saddle-shaped suspended roof sports building built earlier inChina. It has exceeded the design service life of general buildings for 50 years, as a protective historical building, it willcontinue to be used for Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 boxing competition. According to the appraisal results of the safety andseismic performance of the class A building with a subsequent service life of 30 years and the functional requirements of theupgraded building, the unreasonable load-bearing structure system of the superstructure and the structural components thatneed to be reinforced were analyzed. By adopting the method of comprehensive seismic capacity checking, the structuralreinforcement and reconstruction design of this project was carried out from the aspects of foundation, structural system,structural components, beam-column joints, roof cable-net structure and so on. At the same time, in view of thenon-seismic design of the original building, this project adopted the idea of performance-based design. By using theredundancy of seismic bearing capacity of structural components,some structural requirements was relaxed. Thus, the scopeof reinforcement was reduced, the cost was saved and the construction period was shortened. The influence of structuralreinforcement on the original building was minimized, and the protection of historical buildings was achieved.
