摘要: 蘇州嘉盛中心辦公樓建筑高度 24m,平面呈蝴蝶形狀,結(jié)構(gòu)體系采用鋼混凝土混合框架結(jié)構(gòu),屬于具有扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、凹凸不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)等多項不規(guī)則的超限多層建筑結(jié)構(gòu). 首先解讀了結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)成邏輯,然后找尋了結(jié)構(gòu)潛在的薄弱部位并設(shè)置屈曲約束支撐,針對結(jié)構(gòu)受力特點制定針對性的結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能目標,并基于多尺度模型對關(guān)鍵節(jié)點進行受力性能分析. 分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)能夠滿足預(yù)設(shè)的抗震性能目標?屈曲約束支撐發(fā)揮了第一道抗震防線作用,罕遇地震下有效地耗散了地震能量.

Seismic performance analysis of steel-concrete hybrid frame structure office building of Suzhou Jiasheng Center

Abstract: Suzhou Jiasheng Center office building is 24m high and the plane is in the shape of a butterfly. The structuralsystem adopts the steel-concrete hybrid frame structure and it belongs to a out-of-code multi-layer building structure withtorsion irregularities, concave-convex irregularities, floor discontinuity and other irregularities. Firstly, the structural logicwas interpreted, and then the potential weak parts of the structure were found and buckling restrained braces were set.According to the stress characteristics of the structure, the seismic performance target of the structure was formulated, andthe mechanical performance of key nodes was analyzed based on the multi-scale model. The analysis results show that thestructure can meet the preset seismic performance targets. Buckling restrained braces plays the role of the first seismicdefense line and dissipates earthquake energy effectively under rare earthquakes.
