摘要: 既有建筑加固改造分析容易忽略建筑物已經(jīng)建成這一特點(diǎn)。 為了研究既有建筑托梁拔柱加固改造工程的分析方法,分別按照新建建筑與既有建筑對某 14 層鋼筋混凝土框架加固改造工程進(jìn)行了施工模擬分析。 通過對比結(jié)構(gòu)常用的施工模擬方法(一次加載、施工模擬一、施工模擬三)與全過程施工模擬的差異,探討了現(xiàn)行托梁拔柱設(shè)計(jì)方法的不足,基于結(jié)構(gòu)建造和后續(xù)改造相結(jié)合,提出了既有建筑托梁拔柱的全過程施工模擬設(shè)計(jì)方法,并通過與施工模擬三計(jì)算結(jié)果對比驗(yàn)證了該方法的必要性。 最后,進(jìn)一步對比分析了采用增大截面法加固轉(zhuǎn)換柱時(shí),按照聯(lián)合截面和整體截面進(jìn)行計(jì)算的異同點(diǎn),建議應(yīng)按聯(lián)合截面法進(jìn)行計(jì)算,以考慮新舊截面的應(yīng)變滯后效應(yīng)。

Full-process construction simulation analysis of existing building with column removing andbeam supporting

Abstract: It is easy to ignore the feature that the building has been completed in the analysis of reinforcement andrenovation of existing buildings. In order to study the analysis method of reinforcement and renovation project of existingbuilding with column removing and beam supporting, the construction simulation analysis of a 14-story reinforced concreteframe reinforcement and renovation project, regarded as a new building and an existing building respectively was carriedout. By comparing the differences between construction simulation methods commonly used for structures ( one-timeloading, construction simulation Ⅰ, construction simulation Ⅲ) and full-process construction simulation, the deficienciesof the current design method of column removing and beam supporting project were discussed. Based on the combination ofconstruction stage and renovation stage of structures, the full-process construction simulation design method of existingbuildings with column removing and beam supportingwas proposed, and the necessity of the method was verified bycomparing the calculation results of construction simulation Ⅲ. Finally, the similarities and differences of the resultscalculated by the combined section method and the whole section method column were compared and analyzed when theconversion column was strengthened by the method of increasing section. the combined section method was suggested to beused for the calculation to consider the strain hysteresis effect of the new-to-old sections of the transition column.
