鋼梁整體穩(wěn)定有限元分析中初始缺陷模擬研究

摘要: 對(duì)于荷載無(wú)偏心、構(gòu)件無(wú)初彎曲和初轉(zhuǎn)角、無(wú)殘余應(yīng)力等初始缺陷的完善梁,其整體失穩(wěn)屬于極值型失穩(wěn)。但對(duì)于實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu),由于初始缺陷的存在,一經(jīng)加載即出現(xiàn)側(cè)向位移和截面轉(zhuǎn)角,失穩(wěn)時(shí)的極限彎矩要小于完善梁的臨界彎矩。 為了較為真實(shí)地對(duì)實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行有限元模擬分析,有必要考慮初始缺陷。 著重考慮初始幾何缺陷和殘余應(yīng)力這兩種初始缺陷,并分別研究這兩種初始缺陷在 ANSYS 有限元分析軟件中的模擬方法,將模擬分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,并對(duì)僅考慮初始幾何缺陷和同時(shí)考慮兩種初始缺陷這兩種缺陷情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比。 結(jié)果表明,模擬分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果有較好的吻合度;殘余應(yīng)力的存在會(huì)使鋼梁更快地產(chǎn)生水平位移,整體穩(wěn)定臨界荷載也有一定程度的下降,鋼梁跨高比越大,下降程度越大。

Simulation study of initial defects in analysis of overall stability of steel beams

Abstract: For perfect beams without load eccentricity, initial bending, initial angles and residual stresses, the overallinstability belongs to the extreme-value type instability. However, for the actual structure, due to the existence of initialdefects, there is a lateral displacement and cross-section angle once loaded, and the ultimate bending moment at instabilityis smaller than the critical bending moment of the perfect beam. In order to perform a realistic finite element simulationanalysis on a practical structure, it is necessary to consider the initial defects. The initial defects of initial geometric defectsand residual stresses were considered in particular, and the simulation methods of the two initial defects in finite elementanalysis software ANSYS were studied, and the simulation analysis results were compared with the experimental results,and the two types of defects considering only the initial geometric defects and considering both initial defects werecompared. The results show that the simulation analysis results are in good agreement with the test results; the existence ofresidual stress causes the steel beam to generate horizontal displacement faster, and the overall stable critical load alsodecreases to a certain extent. The greater the span-to-height ratio of the steel beam is, the greater the decrease degree is.
