摘要: 蘇州合景太湖新城商務(wù)中心地塊一的裙房為 7 層商業(yè),主樓為 39 層辦公樓,主樓偏置于建筑平面北側(cè),結(jié)構(gòu)平面在 7 層處有較大收進(jìn). 主樓采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,裙房部分采用框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,裙房與主樓采取不設(shè)縫方案. 該項(xiàng)目為超限高層建筑,結(jié)構(gòu)具有扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、塔樓偏置、局部穿層柱以及樓板不連續(xù)四項(xiàng)平面不規(guī)則項(xiàng). 根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)不規(guī)則判別結(jié)果,針對(duì)抗震薄弱部位及關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件選用適當(dāng)?shù)目拐鹦阅苣繕?biāo),依據(jù)不同抗震性能目標(biāo)采取一系列針對(duì)性抗震加強(qiáng)措施. 采用 SATWE 對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了小震彈性時(shí)程分析,并采用、MIDASBuilding 進(jìn)行了小震彈性時(shí)程補(bǔ)充分析?采用 SAUSAGE 對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行大震彈塑性時(shí)程分析. 結(jié)果表明,該項(xiàng)目的結(jié)構(gòu)體系選擇合理,具有良好的抗震性能,能夠達(dá)到預(yù)定的抗震性能目標(biāo).

Performance-based seismic design and analysis of super high-rise structure in Suzhou Hejing Taihu New Town Business Center

Abstract:The podium of plot 1 in Suzhou Hejing Taihu New Town Business Center is a 7-story commercial building, andthe main building is a 39-story office building. The main building is located on the north side of the plane, and thestructural plane has a larger shape retraction at the 7th floor. The main building adopts reinforced concrete frame-core tubestructure system, and the podium part adopts frame-shear wall structure system, and the podium and the main buildingadopt the scheme of no seam. The project is an out-of-code high-rise building, and the structure has four planeirregularities, namely, torsional irregularity, tower offset, local cross-layer column, and floor slab discontinuity. Accordingto the results of structural irregularity discrimination, appropriate seismic performance targets were selected for the weakseismic parts and key components, and a series of targeted seismic strengthening measures were taken according to differentseismic performance objectives. SATWE was used to conduct elastic time history analysis of the structure under smallearthquake, and MIDAS Building was used to conduct elastic time history supplementary analysis of the structure undersmall earthquake. SAUSAGE was used to conduct elastic-plastic time history analysis of the structure under rareearthquake. The analysis results show that the structural system of the project is reasonably selected, has good seismicperformance, and can achieve the predetermined seismic performance targets.
