摘要: 蘇州金融街超高層塔樓 T1 采用型鋼混凝土框架-核心筒結構體系. 因建筑功能及立面要求,外圍框架柱在 40~ 44 層采用斜柱收進 3.3m,核心筒在 40~ 42 層東西側與南北側采用斜墻轉換分別收進 875mm 和 300mm?在結構屋面以上,設置了高 30m 的塔冠結構. 針對結構特點及超限情況,詳細介紹了結構體系、性能化抗震設計、罕遇地震動力彈塑性分析?梳理了斜柱、斜墻的傳力機理,并對斜柱、斜墻及塔冠結構進行專項分析. 根據(jù)分析結果采取加強措施,確保結構的安全性. 分析結果表明:所選結構體系安全合理,結構各項指標均滿足規(guī)范相關要求,斜墻、斜柱轉換傳力機制有效,結構整體性較好,能滿足相應性能目標要求.

Structural analysis and design of super high-rise inclined wall transfer building ofSuzhou Financial Street

Abstract: The steel reinforced concrete frame-reinforced concrete core tube structure system was adopted on a superhigh-rise building T1 of Suzhou Financial Street. Due to the requirements of architectural functions and facades, the outerframe column was 3.3m in the 40th to 44th floors with inclined column, and the core tube was 875mm in the 40th to 42thfloors on the east-west side and 300mm on the north-south side with inclined wall conversion. Above the structural roof, thetower crown structure with a maximum of 30m was set up. According to the structural characteristics and overrun of theproject, the structural system, performance-based seismic design and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquakewere introduced in detail. The force transfer mechanism of inclined column and inclined wall were expounded, and thespecial analysis of inclined column , inclined wall , tower crown structure were carried out. Strengthening measures weretaken according to the analysis results to ensure the safety of the structure. The analysis results show that the selectedstructural system is safe and reasonable, each index of the structure meets the relevant requirements of the specification,the transfer mechanism of inclined walls and inclined columns is effective, and the structural integrity is good, which canmeet the corresponding performance requirements.
