杭州蜻蜓公園多塔高位連體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)?

摘要: 杭州蜻蜓公園是一個(gè)多塔高位連體結(jié)構(gòu)項(xiàng)目,造型復(fù)雜,存在平面和豎向不規(guī)則。 10 個(gè)塔樓層數(shù)各不相同,通過型鋼組成的連廊和屋面層連接。 地下室共 4 層,采用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系;地上 7# ~ 10#塔樓采用鋼框架-中心支撐體系;1# ~ 6#塔樓采用鋼框架體系。 采用多種分析軟件對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行計(jì)算對(duì)比分析,對(duì)多塔的受力性能進(jìn)行包絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)。 利用廣義層的概念自定義了施工順序,得到合理的、符合實(shí)際的施工順序。 對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)按《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》 (GB 50017—2017)進(jìn)行了抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)復(fù)雜鋼結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行有限元分析,介紹了地下室和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)。 分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均滿足規(guī)范,能夠滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。

Design of Hangzhou Qingting Park multi-tower high-position conjoined structure

Abstract: Hangzhou Qingting Park is a multi-tower high-position conjoined structure project with complex shapes andirregularities in plan and vertical. The 10 towers have different stories connected by section steel on the roof and corridorsfloor. The basement has a total of 4 floors and adopt a reinforced concrete frame structure system; the 7# ~ 10# towers onthe ground adopt a steel frame-concentrically-braced structure system; the 1 # ~ 6 # towers adopt a steel frame structuresystem. A variety of structural analysis software was used to calculate and compare the whole structure, and the envelopedesign of the mechanical performance of the multi-tower was carried out. The construction sequence was customized byusing the concept of generalized story, and a reasonable and practical construction sequence was obtained. Theperformance-based seismic design ( PBSD) of the Standards for design of steel structures ( GB 50017—2017) was carriedout, the finite element analysis of the complex steel structure joints was carried out, and the basement and foundationdesign were introduced. The analysis results show that all the indices of the structure satisfied the standards and can meetthe design requirements.
