摘要: 宿遷京東智慧城超高層辦公樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度 156.5m,具有扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)、塔樓偏置等不規(guī)則項(xiàng),采用鋼管混凝土框架-加勁鋼板墻與黏滯阻尼墻組合核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系. 核心筒全高采用加勁鋼板墻,大量采用黏滯阻尼墻進(jìn)行消能減震. 對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行減震分析、基于等效地震層剪力模型分析、大震彈塑性時(shí)程分析,分析結(jié)果表明:黏滯阻尼墻提供附加阻尼比,有效降低了地震作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)力響應(yīng),鋼連梁發(fā)揮了塑性耗能作用,結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能滿足預(yù)設(shè)目標(biāo).

Structural design of super high-rise office building of Jingdong Wisdom City in Suqian City

Abstract: Super high-rise office building of Jingdong Wisdom City in Suqian City has a structural height of 156.5m. It hasirregularities such as torsional irregularities, discontinuous floor slabs, and offset towers. It adopts concrete-filled steel tubular frame-stiffened steel plate wall and viscous damping wall combined core tube structure system. The full height of the core tube adoptsstiffened steel walls, and a large number of viscous damping walls are used for energy dissipation and shock absorption. The structurewas subjected to vibration analysis, shear model analysis based on equivalent seismic layers, and elastic-plastic time history analysisof rare earthquakes. The analysis results show that the viscous damping wall provides additional damping ratio, which effectivelyreduces the dynamic response of the structure under earthquake action. The steel coupling beams play the role of plastic energydissipation, and the seismic performance of the structure meets the preset target.
